10I injured my hamstring for the third time from sports and decided to go to the physio closest to me instead of at University. And I’m so glad I did as I met Emma whose extremely helpful with rehabilitating me back to better than before and has answered all my questions throughout as I’m keen to strengthen myself up for prevention of further injuries. She has given me a detailed plan and have been taking it slowly to rehab my hammy back to full health. Loving my experience with the team and have been telling everyone nearby if they ever need physio to come here! Thanks team
Great physio. Laura & the clinical team are effective and friendly, admin team is well organised and super helpful. I have tried other physio's over the years out of convenience and always end up back at Ponsonby physio. Laura was recommended to me from a friend and colleague who was a seasoned marathon runner, I guess that should really say a lot! Happy to recommend, and happy to be a patient here for many years now.
Ponsonby Physio provides friendly and efficient treatment. They also have great reformer pilates classes for up to four people at a time.

I can't recommend Ponsonby Physio Clinic highly enough. I have been going to them for many years, and have used a number of their services, including physiotherapy, mat pilates, reformer pilates, concussion treatment, and have found them all excellent.
Great communication from the receptionist through to the therapist too, and as for implementation and sage advice (exercises/movements) well you know how they say there's no such thing as a silver bullet. They lied

The Team at Ponsonby Physiotherapy are very friendly and professional and all the physio's are very experienced. I highly reccomend them for prompt professional and effective treatment.
