I cannot rate the service from Pool Doctor highly enough. Saturday morning I went to backwash the filter and there was a loud crack and then water gushing out! Within half hour of my desperate call, they were here, problem fixed in short term. I then dropped pump in for repair and just been called its all fixed and ready to be reinstalled. Honestly the friendly, prompt and practical service is outstanding! Loyal customer for life!

Great service. After struggling for help at other "specialist" Spa pool vendors, seeing as I am new to maintaining a spa pool, the guys at The Pool Doctor took the time to understand my problems, questions and concerns. I was provided the best value for money solutions and in the end went for the higher price option as it suits me better in the long run. Won't go anywhere else for my spa pool needs anymore.

Emma and the team are awesome! I recently took my pool pump in for repair. They were super busy but their communication was excellent. I was kept up to date with when it was going to be looked at and what the problem was. They were also quick to respond to any questions I had. For someone who doesn't know much about pools, they were really patient and clear. Service has been excellent, even the after care. They go the extra mile and I'd highly recommend them for your pool needs.

My pool has had a problem for some time with its pump not priming properly and suction being poor. I was getting very worried that the pump was too weak to circulate the pool adequately, so I rang Megan from Pool Doctor. Her excellent advice and instructions have this morning enabled me to clear the blockage from my pump system. This is the second time she has sorted out a major pool problem for me (for free) by patiently dealing with me over the phone. I have dealt with other pool professionals in the past, but they do not know their stuff like she does, and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Megan!

Good pricing. Quite regularly out of stock in the weekend when I drop in to purchase pool chemicals - surprising. Casual weekend staff are friendly but not adequately trained when stating they don't stock something previously purchased there and other staff then locate it. Perhaps they are more focused on pool servicing? Good on them for employing young people & students though.

Very quick trip in and out to buy supplies, easy access, and very helpful advice from friendly staff.

We had a Vortex Spa only 3 years old which started to overheat going up to 45 degrees. Contacted Vortex's customer service lady to seek her assistance and her reaction was one of disinterest and a complete lack of concern for our problem. We then contacted their spa man and got him out to look at it. Without even checking the elements in the spa he said the problem was the display panel and immediately ordered and installed some time later a new panel which did not correct the problem apart from costing us an unnecessary amount of money. We then got hold of Colin at The Pool Doctor and within a day he had called and identified the problem. New elements were ordered in and installed and the spa is back to normal and we are able ti enjoy it once again. The Pool Doctor are very professional and brilliant to deal with and are highly recommended.

Extremely poor service. Extremely rude. No idea what customer service is. Did not meet the terms of the regular valet service on a regular basis. Do not use these people you will regret it. Rude and incompetent.
