I had a fault with my spa pool and called two local repairers. I chose Pool Masta as the person I spoke to from the first outfit seemed to be having a bad day. Really glad I chose Pool Masta. Arthur is a friendly, knowledgeable chap. Diagnosed the fault quickly and kept me up to date with the repair (even sent pix to show the extent of the damage). Arthur was able to save my existing pump and therefore I didn't have to purchase a new pump. Criticism? Arthur follows the Springboks and not the All Blacks! Nobodies perfect I guess!
Pool has been a battle this year and seemed to be money pit. Poolmasta gave expert advise and went out of there way to educate me. And back enjoying swimming. Top job
Great service and always with a smile. I was struggling to keep my spa crystal clear and not smelling like a wet sock. Pool Masta put me onto Poppits products and within 2 days my spa was crystal clear and the wet sock smell was gone. I no longer waste money buying all those other chemicals and only add 32grams of Poppits products once a week and my spa stays crystal clear all year round. I can definitely recommend to anyone with a spa that's wants to save money and be able to use their spa all year round to change over to Poppits products.

Good service and information. Very experienced. I dropped a Spa Pump off for evaluation and repair. The Guys were honest and have me good advice rather than fixing and giving me a huge bill. Appreciate the service guys cheers!
