Website said it was open but the door was closed, so we rang the receptionist but she didn't know if they were open or not. She said they would contact us with the answer but we never heard back from them. Dreadful customer service. We went elsewhere.

Tim at Porana Carpet Overlocking was very helpful and professional. I had four mats made by his team from left over carpet. The shop had samples to look at which helped me to decide which edging I liked. The non-slip backing on the mats is awesome! There was a wide variety of thread so that the overlocking complimented the carpet. The mats were made to a very high standard and I'm very happy with them.

I have never met such a genuine and helpful team. Tim remembered my name 2 weeks later after only speaking to me for a couple of minutes. No job too small My non slip rug at the front door is perfect. Apart from Tim supporting Manchester City you are tops Tim!

Nightmare to deal with took our carpet off them after they almost doubled their standard quote. Got a quote from 2 other overlockers in the area and they were over $150 cheeper.

I ordered two customised carpets from these guys. One was an ridiculously oversized foot, and the other a Tetris inspired (black/white) carpet. The quality, the attention to detail, meticulous in getting it right/what the customer wants is impressive. The turnaround was a swift 2 weeks due to the customised nature but they offer express orders for a small fee. Small team but efficient. Would recommend and have.
