Professional, prompt and thorough. Jay and his team installed 2 new A/C units in my home and removed a much older unit that had failed. The new cabling/plumbing is neat; it is carefully run so as to minimise impacts both visual and practical. Jay brought in other contractors to make good the holes where the old equipment had been. They were in and out in a few hours and you would never know there had been anything there. Jay and his crew were willing to climb into a scorcher of a tight ceiling space to do what needed to be done. They were careful of our stuff that needed to be moved. They were friendly, quick and clean.

In summary they delivered what you would always hope would come from tradespeople and companies. I am seriously impressed.

I had Precision Electrical and Air Conditioning recently install 3 units at my home. 2 were ground level, and one was a rather difficult install (second level, 35 degree roof, no cavity access etc). Jay explained the plan for that one, which we agreed was the best approach. All three were installed within 2 days, no rubbish left on sight, installs were tidy and well placed both inside and outside. We couldn’t be happier and will be using Jay and his team when we change the lights inside. Highly recommend.
