I have had Precision Lawns and Gardens look after my grass for years. They are very professional, do a great job with the lawns including the edges and killing weeds. I have also got them to trim hedges and cut gorse back away from my fence line when required. They always tidy up afterwards. I can definitely recommend them.

I work for Blake at Precision Lawns and Gardens. I started working for him five years ago but I sadly had to leave after getting extremely sick. Blake stayed one of my best friends even after I stopped working for him. Now I work with him again because I enjoy working with him so much. Over the years he has helped me out more than you could ever ask from someone. When I needed a bond for a house, he lent me the money I needed. When my mother in law passed away, he gave us flowers out of his garden for the funeral, including a rose he had planted for his daughter who passed away. I am now looking at starting my own business doing similar work to him and instead of resenting the competition, he has tutored me on the ins and outs of running the business. He has been my close friend and my mentor for many years now and I can't express how much he and his family mean to me and my partner. His kindness, love, and compassion have truly touched me over the years that I have known him.

In my experience, Blake has always been extremely consistent in giving his all to make sure lawns and gardens come out as beautiful as possible. He charges a fair price for the quality of work. He has helped me with my own lawns and gardens in the past and I was very happy with the result. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for any lawn, garden, or tree work needed.

When I moved 6 years ago to Orewa, I looked for someone to do my lawns and trim all the trees and shrubs. Blake answered my add and I can tell you I would not use anyone else. We have used Blake from Precision Lawns & Gardens to maintain the grounds at our rental property for many years now. We just leave it all in his capable hands - couldn't be easier! The lawns are mowed regularly and the gardens and hedges kept tidy. He'll let us know of any concerns with trees that might become hazardous (overhead power lines) or just could do with a good prune back. He's never pushy though, if we feel like we don't want to undertake these optional extras then we don't feel any pressure to do so. Blake does such a great job on all landscaping tasks - he was undertaking a big clean up one day of some trees that we had decided to cut down to open up the view/sun, and the surrounding neighbours were all so impressed that I think he gained an extra three jobs that day! Also, when we first acquired the rental property the backyard was a mess and didn't even really have any grass worth mowing. Blake transformed this for our new renters so that they now have a great outdoor space. I highly recommend Blake and his team for any landscaping/general gardening requirements.

Firstly a comment on Blake's work - he has taken excellent care of our lawn and garden. The lawn is lush and green and well maintained, I see him mow it using the same technique I see him use for other customers.

Yes, I'm his wife, but seeing as the reviews posted by genuine customers keep disappearing, and Google won't remove the slanderous comments by "chris Fafoi" (slander: the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation) my only option is to publically defend myself in the same forum.

I have written no fake reviews, (this is the first time I'm writing anything for Blake), Catherine is a common name, and a customer of Blake's also with the name Catherine wrote a genuine review, which for some reason has disappeared. Along with many other genuine reviews from customers Blake reached out to after "chris" started his attack (leaving multiple 1 star "reviews"). I've rated Blake 5 stars in an effort to neutralize the damage by a single unqualified opinion by what looks a lot like a fake profile/troll.

Yes, years ago Blake chose to write his own review, at that point no one paid much attention to them, it was a mistake, and he's removed it. However "chris Fafoi" continues to harass him and now myself. Blake's had no customers by that name, "chris" himself makes no comments on Blake's actual work, yet mysteriously his "review" remains.

Blake is very professional, and has always done an excellent job. I find him a courteous and genuine person who always displays a great attitude and a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Blake and crew have been doing our lawns for about five years now. When we moved houses, we asked him to do the new lawn too. The service has always been excellent. We are regularly complemented on the state of our lawn, specially the edging, which is impeccable. We can not recommend Blake and his company highly enough.

We have been using Precision Lawns for regular lawn cutting for approx 5 years now across 2 seperate properties. Blake and his team are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable service for lawn mowing or garden maintenance.

Blake and his colleagues have been moving our lawn for many years now. They are always reliable, friendly and diligent. They cope with one (sometimes two) dogs in the garden while they are mowing quite admirably. Sometimes we forget to clear the dog poo from the garden before they come and they just deal with it.
They are fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
