These guys came and did my small quickly and it worked out fine. They were awesome and I recommend them

David and the Team at Precision Plumbing have been some of the best contractors we have ever worked with. After two renovations and multiple call outs the team are friendly professional and charge fairly.

I have engaged Precision plumbing to do several jobs for us; from plumbing a new laundry, replacing a burst hot water system in a rental property to working out what was causing an unknown issue with our water tanks. Because we live on a rural property the jobs are not small or easy! However, I have found David and the team at Precision fantastic. They are always on time, efficient, tidy, everyone is really pleasant to deal with and all with reasonable prices. I would highly recommend David and his team for any plumbing work

I've used these guys on a number of occasions. Technical ability is suberb, show up on time, every time (even at short notice). I'm in the middle of a full house renovation at the moment, and these guys were one of the tidiest. Great job, Would definitely recommend

We have used Dave and his team at Precision Plumbing for many years and have always found them reliable and professional. Recently had an emergency sump pump issue - they came straight away and sorted it for us. We would highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

Completely useless. I had an appointment made nice and early as I had to take time off work for them, they turned up 6 days early when I wasn't there, then told me they couldn't turn up on the appointment, said they could some time that week as I had the whole week off work. Waited the whole week for them cancelling other things, still no plumber. And now he has the balls to tell me he will invoice me for turning up on the wrong day. Would give them negative stars if possible.

Never again will we use this company. As mentioned in the previous posts, they overcharged and sent a junior plumber who didn't know what he was doing hence a huge unexpected bill. When questioned, the boss felt insulted and was very rude. Not professional and poor customer service! They're not cheap either!

Totally agree with previous review. They ripped me off charging $300 for the replacement of one gas pigtail hose. Carefully check the invoice, they charged my for 2 hoses instead of one and time calculation was incorrect.
Will never go to this company again. Do not, at all recommend to others. Unproffesional boss, telling me he has a bad day a don't willing to talk to me at all.

Fantastic response to a Sewer Pipe Breaking. This is the third time I have used Jarrod and Dave, and I have found the Service fantastic. Very professional and sorted out everything quickly. Cleaned up and made the problem disappear. Can't recommend them enough.

Prompt quick service were on site 15 mins to fix a pin hole leak in plastic water pipe. Very pleasant plumber.

Watch out for "sundry" charges that can't be justified on their invoicing.

Has ripped me off. Overcharged. No integrity. Better to take a written quote, and be careful, to include A to Z in the quotation. Do not rely on what’s said over phone. Get everything in written quote. Will tell one thing and charge for doing nothing. Will never go to him again. Do not, at all recommend to others. Bullshitting boss. If my review is removed will go to customer protection.
