We usually go to the David Keefe in the mall for watch services. Now we found this place much better and faster than DK and anywhere we’ve been to.what’s a Great, friendly team and price is lower than most places too. Highly recommended. 10/10 we will be back soon. Thanks

Popped in hoping to get battery change for my watch. Had excellent friendly service.fixed while I waited and only $40 compared to over $100 I have paid in the past at a jewellers.

These guys used to be the best, but sadly things have gone seriously downhill. Terrible service now. They hold onto your items for months only to then tell you they don’t have the expertise to fix them. Thorough waste of time, which is ironic considering the business they are in. Would not recommend.

Came in to have a new battery put in my watch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Undertook the job immediately whilst I waited. Great service.

Literally the worst service from any shop I’ve visited, let alone a watch store. Supermarket employees have better customer etiquette and you’re probably better off going to a generic shop like Mr Minit. I took my watch in, which had its hands fallen out. The watch has been sitting with PWC for 2 months now, and every time I call I am given the same update that the “watchmaker is looking for an extra hand to fix your watch”. They never call me to provide an update and I have to call them each week. After 8 weeks of regular calls, today I was told “your watch cannot be fixed as we cannot find a part”.

They have the worst receptionist/customer support person by the name of Charmaine. Don’t even bother talking to her. She literally talks over you each time you call and doesn’t even have basic courtesy or manners, let alone being employed to deal with customers. She shamelessly asked me why I keep calling each week instead of providing a concrete update and cut the phone while I was talking as she “didn’t know what to tell me”. They never call by themselves to inform you if things have changed or when you can collect your watch. I was quoted $30 for the repair and when I called after a few weeks, Charmaine said that one of the hands couldn’t be fixed and they’ll need to look for a new one. When I asked how much that would cost, I was told “it depends as the watchmaker needs to look for a hand so don’t waste our time, we’ll only look for one if you agree”. I had to agree to an amount which wasn’t disclosed to me beforehand and finally, they weren’t even able to repair my watch after all the trips to the store and time and money spent waiting.

There is no internal communication and varied quotations are given by different people at the company. I was first quoted $180 for a movement replacement, but the next time I went in, I was quoted $360 for the same repair. When I finally went to collect my watch, Arthur was extremely rude and simply didn’t seem to care when I presented my job number and asked me "what do you want, did you receive a call before you came here? " He just wanted me to pay the bill and leave. Just go to some other watch shop and save yourself the time and effort.

I rung prior to my visit after seeing all the views & spoke with Wayne after a few words were exchanged I made the visit happen today “Saturday 29-4-23” on my arrival “low & behold” I was served by Wayne lol he replaced a tiny spring loaded pin which is a part that helps to hold my clasp on my wrist band from opening when clipped down “whilst wearing it” I was blown away when Wayne replaced my old pin with the new one ALL for a $10.00 “Labour & Part” WOW I said to Wayne “is that the price” him & his work colleague both said “YES”WOW definitely be going back there I reside in South Auckz they’re in New Lynn WORTH the travel

A great place to get your watch serviced. Expected your typical battery change but ended up with a wealth of knowledge about watch mechanics. These folks are a wealth of knowledge and know how and you can tell it isn't a job for them but a passion.

Got new battery for watch and advice on my grandfathers pocket watch. Great staff and easy to find. Excellent service and reasonable price.

Excellent service. Provided an explanation of the breakdowns and how they could not be fxed (parts no longer available), then pointed out how the watch could still be operated (manually). Amazing! A national treasure.

Went in for a battery replacement and a watch strap, the staff where extraordinary kind and helpful. There were also a lot of interesting clocks on the wall as well.

Nothing is a problem and they are by far the finest in their field that I have found, I have a Citizen Ecodrive, a great watch, but with more dials and buttons than piloting the space shuttle. Brand new Seiko watch with a strap the size of a nose ring for a millennial - they inserted an extension, not a problem. Absolutely the best. Highly recommend you go out of your way with your favourite watch/clock whatever it may be. Simple, no fuss, no hassle - THE BEST!

I took two watches to Precision Watch Company after reading the amazing reviews. I was not disappointed! One battery was replaced whilst I waited (all of about 2 minutes!), and the other was fixed in a few days. Great service, and a really friendly team. Thank you!

After attempting to replace the battery in my watch, I failed miserably and took it into PWC in pieces. 10 mins later it was reassembled, and told "No Charge" Hasnt missed a beat since, will definitely be recommending this place for a long time! Thankyou.
