I’ve been struggling with ongoing shoulder pain for several years but seeing Caroline for the past few months has honestly uplifted the quality of life I tell her that her skills are like magic. If you want your body to be cared for by the right person in the best way possible, I’d say Premier

I’ve been seeing Caroline for 6 months for a back issue. Caroline is patient and thorough which has made this a positive and successful experience. She worked alongside my current fitness/health goals and took time to understand what these were. She tailored recovery exercises specific to my needs, explaining the function and value of each exercise. Her PT background has been invaluable! As a result of her treatment and guidance, my movement, strength and confidence has steadily increased, alleviating my back injury and helping me build resilience. From day one, her communication was clear regarding a recovery plan and treatments, with the goal of working towards minimal contact. Caroline is professional and approachable, always pleasant and welcoming during treatments which has not changed throughout my recovery. Highly recommended.

Holly is very knowledgeable and caring. She ensures that you are happy and comfortable with anything she does and frequently asks for feedback. She is a positive and down to earth person. I always come away feeling so much better.
