I would have given 0 star if I can, shocking valuation that didn't even reflect the market or being realistic. They undervalued the property and charged us a lot for very little work and benefit to us. Will not use them again or recommend to anyone.

Very inconsiderate. Paid $1400 fir valuation and 5 months later $400 for completion. The guy just wouldn’t put the latest value on the report. Instead wrote the house value has significantly reduced. And said I need to order a fresh valuation if I want the latest figure. Now I will have to shell out another $1400 for a fresh valuation. I would never ever use them. Just money grabbers.

I usually shy away from using larger firms due to perceived higher cost and non-personable service. I was very wrong this time!

The response from one of the directors, Gordon, was very quick. He took the time to listen to my concerns and promptly followed up with a proposal which was quite reasonable.

My assigned valuer Kelly was also very responsive and immediately scheduled a site inspection within a few days and gave me an indicative timeframe for delivery which he met. Upon payment, the report was immediately released the same day without any chasing up.

Needless to say I'm sold on the service provided and won't go looking elsewhere next time! Thanks Gordon and Kelly:)

I did a valuation and was shocked to see the outcome, I never use their service because I felt paid for nothing and added trouble, and no measurements were done on the on-site visit. They undervalue the property. Almost 2-3 years old valuation for the property.selling or finance purpose or any other reason. I never use velocity / prendos because of my experience. “Core logic and contractors are best with my experience. ”

Valocity "randomly" chose Prendos for a valuation. Quoted time was updated to extend the report completion out by two days. They have 11 minutes left to achieve their moved goalpost. I don't have much hope it'll be on time.

Prendos have done a few valuations for us and each report has been quick and efficient. We will continue to use them for all future projects.

I will not recommend using Prendos, I was promised a valuation by Friday, did not receive it within the time frame, so I called them and emailed them and later found out that invoice was sent to wrong email, again followed up and second email had no attachment which was so frustrating, Prendos communication skills and service was pathetic, valuer was keep saying that you will receive the valuation in couple of minutes and I was keep waiting and waiting. Really really disappointed and unhappy. Charged me $747.50 for poor service, whereas other companies can do it $650 including gst

We would not recommend this company. We felt that their valuation was way out. We deal in rental properties and know the market. They valued the property substantially less the the bank and the RV. Both of these are known to be conservative estimate, s nor were they aware of the new kitchen, bathroom carpets, paint etc.which Prendos were. The valuation was done BEFORE Covid-19 was a thing. Very disappointing and a waste of our cash TBH

I approached Gordon for some help to update and readdress a commercial valuation to allow a property to settle. He immediately got onto the job and within 48 hours of meeting the client we had a loan offer, updated valuation and purchase settled. Thank you.

Really upset with this company and valuers. Please do not use them. They valued my property less than the CV value and due to which we could not get our refinance. Will not recommend to anyone.

Took Prendos civil engineering 16 weeks to design a wooden beam for my kitchen renovation.very disappointing

I worked for Prendos reporting to CEO and MD for a number of years. I loved the company! Great CEO and MD, very approachable.

Had very bad experience! It takes them 7 days to issue the report! Market analysis was inaccurate and based on very short list of sales. Looks like Prendos are working in a hurry and cannot produce detailed valuation.

We asked Prendos to provide a registered valuation of a new house for our bank. They were fast and efficient, making the process smooth and easy. Quote 10am Monday morning, accepted quote Tuesday morning, completed report paid for and received lunchtime Wednesday!
(Still waiting for quotes from two other companies).
Highly recommended.

Would I use this company again - NEVER. They are expensive and ineffective. Definitely not worth the money.

We have had the misfortune of contracting them to act as a middleman in a remediation project. What a poor performance! They struggle with customer service - at times I have questioned if they really understand who their actual client is. They let the contractor bully them on the expense of us. They certainly are not working for the client.

Communication is also not their forte - it can take weeks if not months to get proper answers from them. Their project management is very haphazard - they never seem to know all the relevant details.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Does not have technical competency to perform their business. The valuators don't even know the term "subject to subdivision". Really disappointed with the time wasted.

They are very expensive, I did many valuations for my properties but the Prendos company is Expensive, Rude and Undervalue.
