Sold my car for scrap to this company - asked if there was anything I needed to do on my end and they said no. Ignorance on my part as it was my first car - but I've just been hit with a bill for vehicle still being under my name as they said they'd de-register it for me but did not. Terrible customer service.

First the guy behind the counter didn’t know what he had quoted for the part. Then he ads another 15% to the quoted price after reminding him. Most reviews are there from his friends lol

Rang up at 1pm to get a part sorted was ready within the hour for pick up. Great pricing was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than every other place that quoted the same part. Would definitely be returning for parts in the future

Would highly recommend Prestige Car Parts. I needed a door glass shipped to Australia and Alex was extremely helpful and prompt with his responses, even receiving a reply on a Sunday.

The glass was packaged very well with caution labels clearly displayed. Description and photos of the item was detailed and accurate. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great service and high level of trustworthiness. The unit received was partially faulty and I got a refund as soon as I alerted them to it. However, I ended up combining good parts of my old unit and good parts of the one they sent to make something out of it. When I rung again to offer at least a part payment because of it, they were happy that I made it work and didn't want a payment.

Honestly, the Customer service was the best i have ever experienced from any wrecker in the history of my life on earth. I called up on the hunt for a seatbelt for my Audi, After confirming the part number, they went to check the seat belt was high quality for compliance, called me back after 5, confirmed it was good and sold at a very fair price and then shipped it to me overnight - told me to contact them if it didn't arrive by 10am and when it didn't they followed up, i received it at 1pm and managed to get the car sorted and complied - Just in time for the weekend. Just by going that extra mile for someone he didn't know - he made my weekend all that much better - Thanks heaps, you will now be my 1st point of call for any part i require in the future

Wanted 235+Gst for 1 mirror on a Nissan Teana J32. Saw another company had 2 mirrors for 120 Including Gst, Cheaper parts elsewhere. I would recommend you shop around before wasting time with these guys
