Good on-site service, but poor attitude from the office staff. Instead of helping me to sort out the inquiry around the extra charge and Terms & Conditions behind this, I got told in a rude form that there is nothing to do with PL, and they couldn’t help. I would appreciate this response better if it was told, at least politely. Recommend to train staff to talk with people.

A huge thank you to Hilton and his dedicated team. Due to a (no
-fault) miscommunication, on the morning of Christmas Eve, we found that our PrestigeLoo at our holiday spot had missed this weeks service. With incoming family guests about to arrive for Christmas this obviously wasn't ideal. I was in touch with Hilton at PrestigeLoos early in the morning and by 9.50am this wonderful caring man had rung around to find someone who would be able to make a service call and sort this for us.
Hilton thank you so much - the customer service communication and experience you have provided through this crazy year has been over and above and we can't recommend you guys highly enough. We were talking to at least 4 different company's in the Tauranga region and none of them showed the intent to help and friendliness that Prestige Loo's did. Karo was a blimmin legend and way too friendly - she's awesome.highly recommend.

So impressed by this company. The communication was one of the best I have ever received. So easy, my friend was one of the first people to use it and said that it was the cleanest porta loo she had ever used. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for making a stressful time without a toilet a little less stressful.

Prestige Loos supplied us with a loo for an event of approximately 200 people. The unit supplied was clean and fresh and a perfect solution for the occasion. The team at Prestige were great to deal with and I would not hesitate recommending them.

We organised a festival in February and needed to hire a few toilets for our guests. We looked at a few providers but Prestige had the best range and the best prices. Not to mention the guys that we dealt with at Prestige were awesome and went over and above to ensure our event was successful. We actually received feedback from the guests about how impressed they were with the toilets. One less thing I have to think about next year!

Recently had to hire multiple loo's as part of a small corporate function. Clients mentioned how nice these portaloos were and enjoyed the soft jazz playing in them. Super professional customer service team too.

Prestige loos cancelled my booking of the deluxe toilets the day before my booking. They offered me a free builders toilet as compensation. It was for my wedding so that wouldn’t do. We booked 6 months ahead. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend!

We have had one of their portaloos on our site for the last 9 months. It is supposed to be emptied every week, and every week it doesn't get emptied and I had to ring. The service this company provides is absolutely the worst it could be. I am amazed they are still in business. It's a shame you cant given it no stars.

Terrible experience, Told that the deluxe loo would be ready for pick up in the morning, turned up at 4pm on our way down the line to a wedding, loo not ready. Trailer broken, lights on trailer not working, jockey wheel broken, rego expired, safety chain broken and a flat tyre. Told it was the only loo ready but then given the option to wait for another toilet to be cleaned which would take 30mins (peak hour traffic so had to wait). Then had to hook up trailer as staff member didn't know how to adjust the coupling for the correct size tow ball. Asked to speak to the manager but wasn't there. Ended up catching something from the rank water on the site while hooking up and was sick for 24hrs missing the wedding. Wish you could do negative reviews as this is the worst service I've had in a long time you guys should be ashamed.

At least need 2 reminder to Clint before take any action but Prestige loose not followed this.
