Prima Collision Repairs

Couldn't recommend Prima more. My car needed repairing after being side swiped. They did an excellent job on the repairs, easy to deal with, great little run around courtesy car, they even washed my car before I picked it up. Will definitely use the great team at Prima in the future if I need to.

I found the customer service was really good, kept me in the loop with everything as i had to change dates and they were so good about it and gave me another date that day! Super friendly team - our Aqua has come back almost looking better than it did before it was reaRanger-ed. Staff happy to speak candidly - just a no dramas panel and paint shop that get the job done well. Without knowing what to look for you'd be hard pushed to even know anything happened!

Really outstanding service both in the work done and customer service. Also made it easy and stress free to deal with insurance claim.

Took a while to get my car booked in for repairs, had to drive my car with the bumper tied and taped up for a while and sometimes scraping the floor but I can understand if they've been busy with the load of booked jobs. Luckily I had an old van I could drive around in for the meantime. However I got my car back in shape after a month and am very happy with the end result. Even gave my headlights a polish. Friendly receptionist. Thanks again very much appreciate your efforts!

Warren and his team recently did a bumper repair for me. They went out of their way to accommodate me when parts held up by covid delayed repair and I'd moved out if town in the meantime. Immaculate repair, courtesy car and they washed my car too. It'd be worth travelling from outside Auck, just to have their services. Many thanks. Darrin Knowles

Not done the completed job for what they told me need to do! I am a duper! Not recommended To others! Very disappoint for the fix my car!

While the workmanship to repair the rear tail light and boot was done to a high standard, pieces of the broken tail light and other damaged plastic bits where left in the boot when i picked it up.

Also they broke a plastic fitting on the interior that holds the boot cover up and a corner of the rear bumper has popped out (which they would have removed) meaning they either didn't reattach it properly or broke/weakened it.

They were fast, did everything the way they said they would, and the final result was good too. I hope I don't need another collision repair but if I do I will be going back there. Mine was a relatively simple re paint job but required pearl paint.

Dont get your car repaired from this place.
Just waste of time.
This company doesn’t keep there words
And they need to teach staff how to behave with customer.

My insurance approve the claim and refer to this company for repair. When I called the them, and they charged for extra cost when car send to them which my insurance didn't told me about it. Be careful with unknown.

Terrible experience. I was told I will get a rent car initially and once the quote got approved by my insurance company they said the rent car will be chargeable. I asked I do not want to get it repaired from you but I was told that now the quote is approved so I have to get it repaired from them I contacted my insurance company and told them that I will be going to a different repaired as these are dodgy people. They need to review their selected repairers list

We came here about 10am on Saturday morning for insurance assessment. But it was closed. Totally waste of time.

The Chinese auto repair shop in the connor of this block is horrible service attitude, they are not on the map, so be careful, they refused to explain why I need to change car breaker, after they told me I need to change all the 4 tires for my wof!

I don't recommend this business at all. I drop my car off, it take very long time to fix and owner very rude. Not happy at all with job. TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY
