Best dental care! Dr Chase and heavenly in reception are fantastic! Kind, caring, put you at ease straight away! Like most people I’m scared of going to the dentist but not now! And the best thing It doesn’t hurt! Dr Chase take good care to make you comfortable and his work is fantastic! Recommend A+

A review from someone who dreads the dentist due to being made to become self conscious about my teeth after having bad experiences with other dentists making me feel judged in the past, Dr Chase was beyond amazing. He didn’t make me feel self conscious in any way, helped with a plan going ahead to help me love my smile. He was kind and caring with myself, my husband, and my parents who I have put onto him. And they too could not rate him more highly.

As for the reception staff they are so lovely, welcoming and chatty, the whole experience at Primecare in Highland Park has been a lovely one. We will be recommending them to others with great pleasure.

I recently visited Primecare and the team were extremely kind and helpful. A very welcoming nature from receptionist and dental assistant on entry who made me feel comfortable. I was then seen by Dr Stephens who was very gentle, communicative & took his time making sure I understood the best care for my teeth. I had extreme toothache and went to see Dr Chase at the Highland park branch. He was AMAZING! Actually amazing doesn’t begin to describe what a fantastic person he is! We went to Primecare Dental Highland Park as a family and everyone in the team was nice, warm, and friendly, even to our kids who we have in tow. Our experience was excellent overall and booked our next session right away because we found Dr. Joel really professional and looks out for his patients’ best interest. Primecare Dental Highland Park is the best clinic we’ve been to so far and I highly recommend it.

I was spoken to professionally quietly slowly with an informed transparent assessment so that I understood the recommended treatment options. The treatment reflected that. It was refreshing to be given appraisal time and consideration in the chair rather than being rushed into making a decision and made to feel that the presentation was about a sales pitch, that left patience and understanding at the reception desk Great experience.

Highly recommend this dentist! Both the staff and Dr Koo is really great. Booking the appointment was super easy, and they explained the pricing over the phone really well. I had many questions during the appointment and Dr Koo was able to answer them all, and he did a very comprehensive check and clean. I had trouble with claiming my costs with insurance, but they were happy to keep revising the invoice until it was approved by my insurance company. Definitely will go back for my next check up!

I attended Primecare Dental Highland Park 25 August 2022, when I entered the clinic it was warm, clean and very customer friendly.

The lovely administrator welcomed me with a smile, she went through what I needed to do and what will happen next, her approach was very professional.

The Dentist and his assistant were professional, kept me informed of what would happen and also advised me of the best procedure for my care.

Throughout the procedure, I was kept at ease and assurance that I was in the best hands. The service I received was VIP completely.

At 78 I have had many experiences with many dentists, however none as friendly, kind, gentle and informative as the front staff and the best dentist I have ever had. Prior experiences have left me with a great deal of anxiety. Now I look forward to coming in. Thank you for such Primecare. ️
