After contacting 3 other plumbers in the busy lead up to Christmas Professional Plumbing were the only ones to talk me through some of the diagnosis checks on my hot water cylinder before they cost me a call out (AND they had the best prices). I did manage to resolve the issue but would highly recommend based on the phone service I received. Thanks!
