I took my BMW hatchback in for a general service and warrant. They were quick professional and when they discovered some issues that needed to be fixed. They were great at assuring it was fixed swiftly and to a high standard. I give them the highest praise great service and friendly people.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in for a service and had to take it straight back because of a strange noise coming from the front right wheel. I've had to take it back twice for the same problem. It is still not fixed. Very unhappy.

I never usually leave a review but today I have made an exception as I am very impressed with the exceptional service I received when having a cv boot replaced. The value for service and quality of the job has really impressed me. I will definitely continue to rely on Pablo and this team as my local mechanics

Had some shoddy work done here - bushes not fully seated, a part left out on assembly, and brakes left in a dangerous condition (low on fluid, possible damage caused?) Basically everything they touched has an issue. Would avoid.

I dropped by with an emergency and these guy's were amazing. They got my car back in shape much appreciated guy's. Going back for my work again.

I run an arborist company and my chipper battery had died on a work site so I drove straight to the work shop to be greeted by friendly staff then told them my situation of needed to get this chipper running asap for my job they stopped everything they were doing to help me without hesitation. They also found the problem of why the battery was going dead due to a bad earth which i would never would have found

These guys were top quality and service and would definitely use them again and recommend anyone to go there as I was super impressed

Cowboys at Pronto Automotive. Went for a warrant and was told my front shocks needed servicing, along with some other small issues and would I like them to do the job now?
Decided to wait and get a couple of quotes and decided on a shock specialist to do the job right, they replaced to boots which is normal for a 2008 Holden.
Returning with job completed and feeling confident about getting my warrant, was told the shocks were soft and in the opinion of mechanic I should replace them as well, asking the boss, (Piablo) for advise he said its his opinion so that's it?
I went back to the shock specialist and he was (shocked) wrote me an email stating shocks were in perfect condition, no leaks or any other issues.
With this email, I was able to convince Pronto Automotive to issue the warrant, under duress it seemed.
To many mechanics are able to say what they like and normally get away with claiming more work was needed than necessary to make more money.

I get my car serviced there every 6 months. Wonderful service and really reasonably priced. Just great, honest service! Thanks Pronto

Very disappointed with the service! My car was returned damaged (photo attached). Was told work needed to be done and I decided to get two quotes elsewhere and was told by both other companies that it was not needed and was in good condition. Very disappointing. The staff seemed nice enough when everything was going to plan.
Would not recommend going there!

I have since been to NZTA and they have provided a certificate claiming it was an illegal failure of WOF
