This workshop has to be one of the best mechanic garages' ever. I will never ever go back to Ford for the rest of my life. Today was super fast super Pronto and a very fair price. Will always recommend these guys 100%

Good service. I wish that they added a way for me to drop the keys together with my car after hours. Your competitors have a little pipe in the wall that i can drop keys into when I leave my car. You are already providing better customer service compared to them, so if you copied this little thing you'd be the best. Please.

Such great dudes! Really friendly, epic attention to detail. They called before doing any extra work, with accurate quotes, & then did the work efficiently. Gave advice for work that'll likely come up within the year. Such great communication & really easygoing. Thanks, guys!

Super helpful.im pretty switched on with engines but i was having issues diagnosing a problem with my commodore was doing my head in.
Took it to pronto with in minutes he sorted it out for me super grateful cheers

My car had blown water pump at 3.30 pm in the afternoon when I took it to Pronto and Ian promptly fixed the pump and drive belt by next morning at 9.30 am. They are very good helpful and professional people at Pronto Beach haven. Highly recommended garage.

These guys are FANTASTIC! I recently bought a used 11-year old car, and brought it to them first for a thorough inspection. They were upfront about the maintenance repairs I would expect to make in the coming months, but also gave me the thumbs up to purchase it. Once I did, I brought it back to them for a regular service and it felt brand new afterward!

Even better - I brought it back AGAIN a week later for a specific concern I had with the car, and Dave took the time to drive it around with me so I could point it out (plus any other minor concerns I had). I left it with him to tinker with, and he only charged $40 for a front wheel alignment service - even after I gave him the "OK" for major repair if it needed it. Now that's an honest mechanic! I will definitely be back for all my future services. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Rip off. Got quoted $1000 worth of “repairs” for wof. Took the car to a different well known workshop. Passed with no issues

Went in to get my brakes changed and was disgusted at how the mechanic was perving on my daughter. Don't recommend this place at all.

We have used both Pronto Devonport and Pronto Beachhaven for our car sales business for over 6 years, and have nothing but praise for owners Pablo and Dave. They work hard to keep repairs and servicing affordable, they are consultative and the communication is always excellent. Why go anywhere else?

Had my water pump go on a Saturday and went down to Pronto Beach Haven 1st thing Monday, and they replaced it with some other work, for me to collect the same day as I needed it back. Very efficient and service was AAA+. Thanx guys.

Dave and the guys at Pronto Beach haven are always ready and willing to help, they do a stellar job every time and are always happy to explain anything I don't understand.

Took my car here to get a WOF after seeing that it had new ownership, ended up needing some new shocks (much to my shock, har har har). Dave was really helpful and made sure that I got the best price and that the work was done quickly. Really impressed with the service and will definitely be returning again.

Pronto Automotive diagnosed the problem with my car very quickly after 3 other garages had failed to do so. They then repaired it the same day at what I thought was a bargain price. I wont be going anywhere else in the future. Very courteous and professional. A+
