Nikki is charismatic and persuasive but unfortunately assurances given to us that Propellor does its homework and only worked with reputable developers and builders, were false. We relied on those assurances, but has transpired that the developer was known for poor developments. We are now left with an apartment that is virtually worthless and are embroiled in litigation against the developer and council that so far has taken five years. Despite Propellor's initial assurance that they would not leave us high and dry, that is exactly what has happened. We have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal and remediation levies that we cannot afford, while Propellor whose "services are free" has made their money.

Had bad experience from day one onwards, poor communication and have to chase many times for update, Eventually we pull out from the contract by sunset after paying hefty due diligence fee.

Dealt with this lady 10 years ago when she owned another company" Catalyst" The property they sold us and definitely NONE of her advice and things put in as to property progression came to fruition.
