Awesome team. I was recommended these guys by a friend who was really stoked with their services. I was ready to buy my first home for a long time but didn't really know where to start, they were able to point me in the right direction, sorting out my finances and Kiwisaver and I was able to buy my first home!

They advertise for a property consultant to call you, even specify a time for them to call.

They provide generic emails and automated responses, however this is met with absolutely no communication at all?

Not seriously interested in living up to their website or Facebook page.

When I first met with Property Academy I was with ANZ for my KiwiSaver, after speaking with Jordan I saw how well other providers were doing compared to the banks and decided to switch to Generate KiwiSaver. Since then my KS amount has gone up so much faster than it was before.

After about 8 months they got back in contact with me and said they could now help me get into my first home. After much discussion they helped me find a really good first home through a development which is currently undergoing build, I have recently gone unconditional and I am very excited for the end result.

Would definitely recommend this company, they are very friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful.

Bizarre experience. Im not exactly sure what service they provide - I arranged a meeting with them in early March (when markets were starting to drop at the time just before Covid lockdown) I met with one of their advisors and discussed my situation. I was asked to bring along my IRD number, which I thought was weird.
Conversation lead over to kiwisaver, and recommended that I change it over to Generate and showing me all the wonderful things about its growth. I felt very pushed into changing over my kiwisaver as being the first thing to do. I want to buy a house.not make changes to my Kiwisaver. I also just met you.

I declined to change anything straight away and I left the meeting with a very bizarre feeling. I commented on one of their facebook advertisements a couple of weeks later when someone else said they had the same experience and now I am blocked from commenting. So, be wary, and be prepared for an odd experience. Also, they never got back to me and they have some very personal information on me and my financial position. Great! -_-

Joined the academy a couple of years ago and they have helped me get into my first home. Thanks for everything.
