Stay away from this company, some times they call themselves Build Partners; they were the developers for the next door neighbor. To reduce the cost of their project, they encroach into my property, dug a channel, divert storm water drainage and remove large amount of soil to use in their build. It took two years, lawyers and surveyors to get them to admit their wrong doing and roll back the changes.
