Proquip is a great company to deal with by phone and face to face. It's team members are well versed in all products they supply and if you ask for a demonstration of the awsome steam cleaners they are onto it, by the way steam cleaners can be on lease contract.

Courtney at Proquip NZ has the patience of a saint. She guided me to the most suitable choice for my specific needs (Gorgeous George who washes the carpet), then held my hand by email for several weeks AFTER George was delivered.while I procrastinated and dithered before even unboxing George, and got me organised with extras that would make my work easier.

Not once did she make me feel like I was a nuisance, even though I asked for the same info a few times because I kept misplacing it.

As for Gorgeous George? I love him. He's doing a great job bringing my carpet back up to scratch, although I might need to create a cupboard just for him and his many attachments, but I don't mind.

Bought a Numatic 244NX floor scrubber off Brent of Proquip recently. We have a very large amount of floor area covered in ridged tiles. Which look great but just accumulate dirt in the small ridges. We've tried many things (mopping, other scrubbers etc) over the years, the most effective (till now) being hand scrubbing. Awful, time consuming and very hard work! The 244 just smashes the job. Super easy to use, a great clean and a good battery life. Apart from one issue which Brent promptly rectified (user error, I knocked a hose off and didn't realise), this machine has been a dream. I am very impressed.

Great service from Mike and his team. I was set on a different model however he also showed me more up to date models available and it was much better suited for my requirements. VERY happy with the product, service & quick delivery.
