I turned my car on one night for my speakers to emit an incredibly loud, high pitched noise (almost made the car un-driveable it was that loud).

I called up Protect Auto the next morning and they were able to take a look at my car as soon as I dropped it off. They diagnosed the issue, did repairs and replaced the shorted speakers in my Fuga.

Absolute lifesavers, if I have any other issues with anything electronic in my vehicle, these guys will be the go-to.

I felt ripped off when i went for changing tail light bulbs, charged me 92$ labour charge for 5 minutes job.was thinking to go there for my stereo but never ever.

Was originally very happy got my front windows fixed and new headunit installed even gave them a $30 tip. After 2 days of paying 500-600 the windows start playing up then just stop working. I work 6-7 days a week and is a struggle to get my own car so is not easy to drop back off and pay once again

Great service, pretty good prices. Had an issue with a radio installation after using, bought it back a week later and it was fixed free of charge under warranty.

On Saturday, 20/5, my partner and I went to this place with our car freshly out of the impound place (as our car got stolen and found by the police). The thief broke the corner window and the car ignition. I asked the boss to fix/replace the ignition and he suggested the Manlubao keyless entry push button start alarm system and explain about it. He said that it can be done the same day. I asked how much will it cost me and I didn’t clearly hear his reply because of the traffic noise and I was trying to locate my partner parking outside the place. I said yes as I am still terrified that the car will be stolen again. Later in the late afternoon, they notified me that they’re done with the installation and we can picked up the car. We got charged $850 including GST. They lost one of the key cover.
When we got home, after we gained our mental clarity, we discovered that the whole system can be bought from AliExpress for $98.
So, yeah, they’ve done good installation job but we got mugged off.

Bought a vehicle which had a rear view mirror reversing camera and dashcam installed by this company. The installation is actually disgusting for a ‘professional’ installation

I had Marz install 3 gauges on my Mazda 3 MPS. He worked very quickly and did a very clean job and gave me a discount on labour since i am only 17. I also asked him a few questions about other car mods I planned to do in future and he gave me some advice and was happy to help.

I used Marz to get an amp, sub and speakers installed and he did a great job, so I decided to use him again to get an alarm fitted and change the door actuators. This did take a few days, but the work provided and parts used were of great quality. If i had any issues with anything he would get it resolved quickly to make sure I left satisfied. Overall I am really happy with the end result provided by the boys at PAE. Thanks again!

Went in there today to change my battery terminal wires both positive and negative and took around 20 minutes to install he said 30$ Each for both so 60$ ok I was ok with that then I was charged 205.85 once the job was complete, this is daylight robbery, I said why was it so much he said labour is 100$ per hour, I’m disappointed how companies like this rip people off

The Check Engine Light had been illuminated on the dash of my 2002 Benz for a week. I also noticed some engine hesitation. I was driving past Protect Auto in Panmure so called in without an appointMent to see if I could get any codes read. They put a scanner on straight away and gave me a look at the report which I didn’t really understand. They explained their diagnosis which I did understand so I gave them the go ahead and had lunch over the road at BK whilst that changed out a faulty sensor and cleaned my MAF. I couldn’t believe it when I was only charged an hours labour and a $120 part. I didn’t argue with them Lolz and went in my way. The car is back to its old V8 power and uses way less gas!

Great place been going for 3 years and will continue going no matter what, would recommend to anyone.

Awesome service by Marz. Went in to get a car key replaced and it took about 25 minutes and the customer service was great. The remote key they had was almost identical to the broken one and at a very good price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car key replacement.

Fantastic service and super helpful and obliging! They did a job for us at very short notice and stayed late to complete it. We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

Booked in my Jaguar on the 1st of Feb at 8am to install android auto module for my head unit, car did not get worked on till late afternoon, then it was required to stay overnight, because only half of the android auto module was completed and only needed couple of hours next morning to complete, so I was told. I rang them about 1pm on the 2nd, having heard nothing about my car and they told me car still not finished and then said that they refused to do anymore work on the android auto module due to ribbon cables, i did send instruction manual days before work was to start. They didn't want to take responsibility for damage if they installed it wrong.
Next morning of the 2nd I drop off the fogs lights to be installed, (which do look really good)
I did not receive the car until after 6pm on the 2nd
So they had the car for 1 and a half days before telling me they refuse to work on the android auto, so in total without vehicle for 2 days and car left in a mess, plastic, boxes and parts left all over front seat and rear seat
(They couldn't be bothered to pack all up in boxes and tidy up and stick in one place)

They explain in more detail of why they could not do the android auto job. Which is why I have raised the star rate up higher.

Got the stereo and speakers fixed on a car I just bought. Really happy with the job, plus they were friendly, helpful, and took my car in on short notice. Even helped show me how to redo the button mapping on the stereo.

I highly recommend this shop to install your car audio. I found the pricing reasonable and although there was a problem we unexpectedly ran into that ended up increasing the price, Marz explained things thoroughly for me to understand and was completely justifiable. Overall, really happy with the quality of the work and would come back here again in the future. Thanks!

I just drove in without even calling up and he got my speakers fixed within an hour, rewired 2 amps and checked the voltage of things to see what I had to do next it was real quick and no trouble at all, I waited there he did it all so quick, would recommend to anyone trying to fit in a stereo or new speakers.

After a brief email exchange I turned up to get my new stereo fitted.
Marz was very professional, and very personable. He was extremely helpful and had my new stereo fitted within an hour. And after a quick tutorial on how to use it I was on my way.
I cannot recommend Marz highly enough.
