Hi - I had a hygiene appointment yesterday. I was very pleased with the clean and scale I received, The Hygienist was thorough, gentle and made the experience a very positive one. Thanks so much, I will come again!

To the point, easily accessible and affordable dentistry care. Professional and helpful. Recently changed dentists, a friend had recommended Pt Chevalier Family Dentist, and am so glad they did. Reasonably priced and the teeth clean was not so painful, two big plusses.

Was able to see the dentist within 20mins after phone call made. Very informative and treatment was done with care and explanation of procedure and options of tooth extraction. All staff helpful and showed professionalism.

I am new to this dental clinic. And my doctor was really good as I was having pain with one of my molar teeth. The doctor advised me to undergo 4 extensive root canal treatment to which on the end I felt really good. Nice and friendly staff especially Jesse.

Had a really bad experience here and won’t be going back. I was quoted $400 for the work and then walked up to the counter and all of a sudden it was $800. I don’t think that is right as nothing was discussed on what was added to the bill. Just make sure you get a clear price before you undertake work.

Come to the stage of life where I'm having to spend money on my mouth of all things. This process has been made extremely easy thanks to the AWESOME STAFF, PARTICULARLY DR RANGI my beautiful dentist. She's a real gem. The entire deal has been pain free and stress free with options to pay as you go or all at once.

I went for a dental examination and treatment plan but also to get wisdom tooth extracted. The whole experience was so pleasant. Staff were kind and compassionate. The dentist explained the whole process and outlined the cost. The procedure was pain free. You can see she is well experienced dentist. I will definitely go back for any dental treatment. Very thankful

Took my Father in law here. Receptionist was friendly as well as the assistant staff in the consultant room. However, the dentist herself was a bit rude, kept asking if we had the money to pay the whole amount several times after telling us the total cost for the service. That wasn't nice? I felt like we were being judged!
Anyway, she did her job okay despite having a little piece of my father in law's pulled-out tooth left in.
According to my father in law, she was rough and rude, I could also see that from where I was sitting so I kept asking him if he was okay. I have been to other dentists too so I know the difference!
I would say the whole service was okay. It would be better if staff could be more gentle and polite with patients.
For next time, please do not ask if customers have enough money to pay‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️ just bloody tell us how much you charge and we will tell you to either proceed or not.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I came in with a swollen gum and concern about a cavity. They decided to take an x-ray. The dentist was very rough with my gums, like they were hammering into it, and purposefully tried to cause me pain. Furthermore, they were unhygienic by using the opposite end of the tool to hit my teeth. They came to a conclusion it was an infected tooth but tried to scaremonger me by saying the wisdom tooth needs to be extracted, and even the infected one in front might need to be extracted as well. It was very difficult communicating with them and I had no idea what was the problem. When I tried to talk to them about paying via community service card or studylink they had no idea.

I ended up going to another dentist the next day because I felt that was so bad. They new dentist took a look at my mouth for free and told me the situation clearly. My wisdom tooth is still under the bone and does not need to be extracted. The only reason it got infected was because I bit my gum and it swelled up, I ate, food got trapped, and the tooth in front got infected.

Great experience and I hate the dentist but lovely, concerned people with awesome advise and lots of treatment options. Could not be happier with the service and experience of it!

I had a mildly bothersome tooth and wanted it checked. I found my usual dentist had gone on holiday so I rang Pt Chevalier Family Dentist. They saw me right away, found a cavity and filled it the next day. They were impressive in every way.
