My old car had been sitting for over a year. Tracy on reception organiser a tow truck to collect and booked my car in without any hassle. The work was performed promptly with a clear explanation from Dan as to what had caused the problem. Wonderful service. Tracy even picked me up to collect my car. Highly recommend. They went the extra mile.

I took my motorhome for evaluation because I had solar panels that would not charge the batteries. I requested to speak to the technician so I could thoroughly explain the problem but I was denied the ability to do so. Everything had to go through the receptionist. I gave the technician my phone number so that I could give a better description of what was going on and he never called me back. He basically removed some of the connections off of my battery and left for the day. The receptionist was stuck trying to explain everything. Needless to say, it didn’t solve my problem at all and I was out $75 after this ridiculous episode. I would say that the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional and in fact unqualified to do what he did. The receptionist as usual was left cleaning up the mess of the inept worker. Very unsatisfied. If it wasn’t for the receptionist I would have given one star.

Another amazing experience with this professional company. I really value integrity and I always get that here.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing job you did on my car air conditioning on the very first day back in Level 3. I was quoted $1200 and we were prepared to pay that as that is what another company had quoted me to replace my compressor. You found that it did not need replacing at all and fixed a couple of small items. Cost of job: $260 (ish). You saved me $1000 at a time when your business could probably have done with that money too. I appreciate your ethics and will most definitely use you again and recommend you any time I can.

Very busy so would recommend booking in advance. And I can see why they are so busy. They provide a great friendly and prompt service, that didn't cost the earth. Would highly recommend. Thanks team.

Very professional and a polite attitude, they replaced my battery and tested the charging system to ensure I was set up for the Christmas holidays. I would recommend Pukekohe Auto Air to anyone that is looking. Thanks guys
