Service update (16-Aug-2023) : The service was completed within the promised timeframe, and upon receiving my car, I was impressed by how well it had been cleaned and presented.

Had my car in for a 2nd service, full day with courtesy car. Staff very helpful.
Service again, staff were very helpful.

The team here are always approachable, helpful, and assisted with a warranty issue that made the experience seamless. We always recieve positive customer service here.

The service department was very fast programming a new key fob to replace one that was flooded. They were extremely helpful and delivered my car to the front door. I will be happy to deal with them at any time.

Really impressed with Heidi the receptionist who is friendly, polite, efficient and DOESN'T say, "sweet, cool as" etc. Similarly, Giovanni was helpful in providing options for a couple of issues we had with our car. Well done Toyota Pukekohe.

Car broke down on motorway at Bombay laye at night. Got towed to Pukekohe and stayed at motel. Toyota repaired car next morning. All good

On Tuesday 27th we came in and picked up a lend car and left my little Vitz to have a noise looked at, and the service. I said that I wanted to get the noise done first THEN the service. I arrived the following afternoon to pick it up, only to find that the whole reason for bringing the car in was not dealt with. I left my husband's phone number so he could discuss if things should go ahead and be fixed.

I am very disappointed that time was spent cleaning the inside of my car and painting the wheels etc instead of spending that time fixing the car. I feel that I have not had the work done that I requested and the noise has actually WORSENED! Sorry I must mention here that the windscreen wipers were changed as requested. To make matters worse - it takes 50 - 60 minutes to get into town. I now have to bring it back in on Thursday and wait around for it to be done.

My query is, do the team not listen to the problems that we say we have? I specifically said fix the noise first. I didn't ask for the service but said yes to it. That's an extra $390.00.

I am very happy with the manner etc that I received from the office staff. However, one of them all but argued with me when I mentioned that the dashboard light had gone out - he said it was normal. Even after driving it for a short time, I knew that it was not normal. I went home and fiddled with the button and the lights came back on. He was not rude, just insistent.

I must mention that I have only put this on the review because the email address given on my bill would not be accepted.

A bit late for extolling Pukekohe Toyota’s virtues but all the same I will.
We purchased our RAV4 GXL Hybrid in August 21. We had awesome service all the way through with a particular mention to Mark McDonagh who was excellent showing my wife how all the systems worked the day we took delivery.
Our 1st service in August 22 was also a breeze so thanks again.
We recommend friends to you guys and will be back so thanks and by the way, our RAV4 lives up to the rave reviews.

Polite and friendly, disappointed that management decision not to do wash and vacuum siting covid. Major negative- someone changed my seat setting, small to some major to others (me) takes ages to reset and feel comfortable

Used to be the best place and service. Sales guys are great, especially Paul. New service team? Not sure what's happening there. My truck had the recall notice on the brakes a month or so ago. Took it in, when I picked it up, nothing.no indication whether they were impacted or not. Just see ya, Bye. Went for the service today, was told that the front brakes are down to 1%. Why was that not pointed out when the brakes were pulled apart? Arrived to pick it up, they said they tried calling? Only 1 call received, advising it was ready, so arrived to be told about the 1% left on my brakes and to bring it back urgently. Not happy guys. We've purchased a few trucks from you, always been to you for our services.moving to papakura for this now

We bought a new Rav4 Hybrid through Paul Tupa'i @ the Pukekohe branch. The service we received from Paul was world class. He did put us at ease multiple times during the process (we had to wait a few months for the car, due to the global covid situation). I was quite impressed by Paul's professionalism through and through.

We also Met Mark Meiring, and Gavin as part of the process. Mark made the finance element painless and Gavin's branch was always well presented.

If your looking to purchase a new vehicle, then definitely chat to Paul about what Toyota can offer you, because we were really impressed.

Although owing a upmarket 4WD with limited kms and being in the market for a new replacement, the salesman must have seen me as a tyre kicker.
Clothes do not always reflex the finances of the man!

Not very friendly or very helpful branch which is not normal for Toyota dealers. I guess if you have a busy branch you don't need to be friendly.

Great friendly staff that where happy for us to do what we needed to do and not pushy. Nice clean and warm offices. Paul is very knowledgeable and approachable. Would definitely buy a car from them.
