Pukekohe Windscreens Ltd reviews
10Great local business. Exceptional customer service. I had a very down to earth and practical interaction. I was late with a full windscreen drop off and called very apologetically and they were very understanding.
Expensive and customer service could be better. I wasn't advised of how long a windscreen takes when I booked it (never had one replaced so didn't know the process).
Unfortunately the other companies I contacted for quotes either didn't reply or replied after I booked here. Other companies were cheaper than this place.
Top place, the service desk lady was very helpful and happy, was able to give me a price and pick up time which suited my schedule.
We used Pukekohe Windscreens to replace the rubbers on our caravan windows and a couple of the windows. They provided excellent communication and service and completed an excellent job!
Sealed side windows that were leaking. Great workmanship.
Good Kiwi operated firm. Highly recommend.
Excellent service and was given the use of a courtesy car for the 4 hours they had mine. Very impressed with this place.
My car failed a WOF yesterday because of a chip on my windscreen. I wanted to get it sorted straight away so I initially went to a different windscreen repairer and asked if they could fix it. They couldn't do it yesterday and said they would have to ring me back to book it in later in the week. I live out of town and have a really busy couple of weeks ahead so I didn't want the hassle of going back just to get this job done. I decided to try Pukekohe Windscreens and they were brilliant! Sean looked at it straight away and said he could fit it in on the spot (even though I could see they had a lot of other jobs in the workshop). The lady in the office (Lisa?) was very friendly and helpful and within half an hour the job was done. The chip is now invisible and I got the WOF. Excellent service and all done with a very friendly manner. Thanks and well done! I shall certainly be back if I ever need to.
Average experience here.
They gave me a reasonable quote but couldn't fix my window as I was missing a seal. Didn't give me any alternate ways to get it fixed and I had to source a second hand widow with a seal from a wreckers.
Once I had the window they replaced it for me for a reasonable price.
The star is for the admin staff for being pleasant.
I don't imagine it's a difficult job to get right, even so I had to return to fix a leak after my windscreen was replaced.
No one's perfect, however on picking up my vehicle the drivers door wouldn't shut and i discovered the door rubbers hanging half off.
I thought to check the passenger door and it also was hanging off.
The obvious lack of giving a dam and importance of sending out a quality product is likely why I had to return a second time in the first place.
How about some quality checks if you are going to employ muppets?
Unacceptable and I recommend you look further.
Not even an apology from management for absorbing my lunch break.
Made me pay for widow replacement first. When I walked to my car they said: Oh your electric window drivers seat is not working anymore. We did nor break it. Insisted they had an electrician look at it. Turned out they shorted it when doing the replacement. They paid for it but tried to get out of it initially.
