Had a great stay at this hotel. It’s new and top quality- a short and easy walk from the terminals. We had bicycles with us and the hotel staff were happy to safely store the boxes till our return before flying home. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Martin the concierge who couldn’t have been more helpful. He regularly sent us a brief message assuring us that our boxes were still being stored safely. A terrific, new comfortable hotel in an excellent location - highly recommend.

We were upgraded from the Novotel for 1 night on the 20-Feb. For the most part the hotel is very nice, rooms are good, the restaurant and bar on the 9th floor has a good vibe and views. The only aspect that was lacking was the bar service, simply not good and not to be expected from a 5 star hotel, they need to lift their game and get better bar staff. That said, all of the other staff were very friendly and helpful.
Shoutout to the reception and porter who helped us check out in a hurry. Recommend if you can get past the bar service.

Booked a day room after an international flight. Staff were fantastic and helpful, cafe was healthy and delicious (thank you Benjamin!) Rooms are clean, quiet, with AC. Can’t beat the location, short walk across the street from airport!

Loved our stay at Te Arikinui Pullman. The whole vibe of the hotel is luxurious as soon as you enter the doors. Bed was so comfortable, food was amazing. The Te Kaahu cocktail yum. Love the accents of Māori design used throughout the whole building and all of the staff were lovely.

Dinner was on point steak the best I have had in NZ and we travelled from the Sth Island to the Nth Island for 18 days
The kitchen is open you can see the chefs prepare your food such an awesome idea
The chefs all clean dressed in white the waiter Anthony was also very caring so we’re all the lovely staff

The Pullman Hotel is a contemporary, architecturally inspiring, well-designed, and upscale establishment that exceeded all of my expectations. I deliberated between returning to the city center or staying by the airport during my one-day transit through Auckland from Fiji back to the United States. Having commenced my journey in Auckland and already spent three nights in the CBD, I chose to stay near the airport to afford myself more time to rest, refresh, repack, and prepare for the long journey home.

This hotel proved to be the perfect choice, and as I had read in previous reviews, the positive feedback holds true – the hotel still exudes a newness.

Here are the aspects I particularly appreciate about this hotel:

1. The Room: My accommodations are beautifully appointed with a seating area, desk, a well-furnished bathroom with a separate water closet, ample storage space for luggage and hanging clothes, a comfortable bed, strategically placed outlets for charging devices, and, of course, a great view of the runway, water, and surroundings.
The Gym: It is truly AMAZING.

2. Fitness is a priority for me when I travel, and this gym boasts newer and better equipment than my gym at home. Upon entering for a quick look, I felt compelled to change into my workout clothes immediately and commence a workout. Typically, hotel gyms lack distinction, but this one has everything you need and more.

3. The Lounge and Restaurant on the 9th Floor: Tastefully designed and decorated, this space gives the feeling of walking into a trendy restaurant or lounge found in cities like London or New York. I am eager to grab a Prosecco for sunset and enjoy a light bite.

On the main level, there is an additional lounge and grab-and-go area where the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you are transiting through Auckland or need to stay near the airport for a night or two, I highly recommend this hotel. It is sure not to disappoint.

Great in all regards. A few teething problems with restaurant service because it’s only been open 5 weeks but the meal was great. Awesome gym also but needs someone who knows what they are doing to fine tune the layout.

Great airport hotel for those who like a bit of luxury. The rooms are very nice and large. The staff are very friendly. Both room service and breakfast were excellent.

Big thanks to Ankit and the team for their excellent service, delicious coffee, and a fantastic variety of options. I'll definitely be coming back.

Currently staying here, what a debacle.
Check in from 2pm but we arrived at 5pm to be told the room wasn’t ready. I suggested we could wait in the bar/restaurant, she agreed and said it would just be a few minutes wait. I reminded her as Accor members we would have complimentary welcome drinks, she said yes and she would bring them up to us when the room was ready. An hour later we were still sitting in the bar waiting so hubby went down to reception to see what was happening- they had no idea and had he not gone down we would still be sitting there! Dinner didn’t go much better so I’m just going to leave it here.
Service is 2 stars because they have not got it sorted out at all - all staff we’re nice but nice does not get 5 stars.

We stayed one night at the hotel. The service, rooms and cleanliness standards were fabulous. The staff are lovely, welcoming and accomidating. The rooms are luxourious and seamless. Less than a 5 minute walk to the international terminal and 15 to the domestic terminal, location is ideal! We also dined at the in-house resturant Te Kaahu. Our server Jazmin was outstanding, amazing service and extremely accomodating. The food was absoloutely delicious. Overall an outstanding experience, we will defenitely be back. Ngā mihi nui ki ngā kaimahi me ngā kai whakahaere o te whare nei!

We had a beautiful team breakfast in the 9 th floor restaurant. 5 star location, staff and food. The premises are gorgeous. Thanks, we all thoroughly enjoyed!
