Qualitat European Motors

Qualitat quoted an after market water pump for my vw that was over twice the price that I could buy a genuine one from the vw dealership. They then quoted 4-5 hours labour for the job. I purchased the genuine water pump and replaced it in under 2 hours and I'm not a mechanic. These guys tried it on and the excuse they gave for the overpriced quote was not genuine.stay well clear of these guys.

My Audi broke down I had no idea what was wrong with it. However I called Qualitat asked them if I could have my car towed to them, Heather answered the phone and was fabulous and continues to go above and beyond for me! I really do appreciate everything thank you Paula

Got the Lube Plus service done on my Vr6 Golf. Did a great job in short amount of time. Came out to a really good price. And included an extremely thorough list of all the issues with my car. Including parts numbers, where I can find the parts, what's wrong with the parts etc. As well as extremely friendly staff. Can't reccomend enough.

Took kombi in for oil leak. Advised they were busy and could assess in about a week. Recieved call next morning with assessment, said to go ahead. Received call later in day to say complete. Over delivered and very pleasant to deal with.

As an owner of a fine piece but also rather demanding piece of European Machinery, an Audi Q7, and also used to the premium price tag for such service (usually Giltrap Prestige). I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and excellent workmanship provided by Qualitat, work done was fast and priced way below what was quoted by Giltrap.

Great service by this team. In specific, Jericko was of great assistance. He ensured I had a top quality service from the moment I walked through the door. He kept me up to date via phone calls whilst the mechanics were servicing my vehicle. Transparent and extremely professional! I even had the mechanic come out and explain to me what some of the issues on the vehicle were and how they went about fixing it. Great work team and kudos to you Jericko. Keep it up!

Dealt with Heather via email and Jericho at the shop to service my A4. Great communication and service all around and price was definitely reasonable for the amount that was done to my car. Jericho was very knowledgeable and about as nice as a person can get. Will definitel be returning!

What a great team at Qualitat. They helped me source the correct window regulator for my Audi A3. The pricing was very fair, no more than an on-line purchase would have cost me and you get personal service from an expert. The part was delivered ahead of schedule. I strongly recommend Qualitat.

The experience was good overall. These guys were recommended by my dealers when there was coolant leaking from my Audi A4 2012. They got it fixed over a week along with a few other issues in the engine. Now my car is running better than ever. I've had my car for almost a month now. The fuel efficiency has improved. I can feel the engine running smoothly, the power has increased and also the drive is way more comfortable. Although they are a little expensive but you can be rest assured they won't scam you and is probably the best place for European cars. I'm happy with the professionalism and mechanical expertise. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I ordered vehicle parts from them over the phone. Called on Monday at midday, they had the items in stock, and was able to make the transaction over the phone. They arrived Tuesday morning. Prices were pretty reasonable too.
