Quality Bird Supplies

I have been shopping here for almost 2 years now. The owners and staff are so incredibly lovely and welcoming. Though I moved to wellington 9 months ago, I still order my rabbit and bird food from there every 2 weeks. The prices are cheap and its clear they only want whats best for the customers.
A year ago, the team there helped me purchase a cockatiel, and answered all the questions I had, while preparing to bring home my bird Loki.
I have 10 rabbits and we are always thankful for the personal service that Quality Bird and Pet Supplies has given us.
Even being in Wellington, I reccomend this shop for anyone over the country! Shipping is cheap and fast!

The way that the owner talk with the customer is really bad he just talk to me as I’m nothing I feel like he just insult me front of his shop

An absolutely wonderful staff team who always offer help the moment you walk through the door. Such a big range of products for all bird needs - I have never shopped anywhere other than here since I discovered them! The birds in store are also lovely to look at and well taken care of. We bought a pair of hand raised lovebirds last year. Veronica and Mark gave us amazing advice. They are very passionate and knowledgeable bird owners. The whole family love visiting the shop to buy toys and supplies from their extensive shop with great varietyand good prices. The birds are an wonderful addition to our family just like they said.

Great range of bird seeds, toys and treats. Not the biggest fan of some of the tiny cages they sell no bird should be in a cage that small. But very friendly team and cute cockatoo

Mark and his team are always very helpful and friendly. I shop there for hay and treats for my Guinea pigs and he has often ordered in items I have enquired about, and the prices are very reasonable too. Going the extra mile by taking my purchases out to my car is also much appreciated. Most definitely highly recommend!

Selling a bird whose one wing was clipped short in a way that reminds of rats chewing wood, made this place much less in my eyes. Also selling chicks who should not have been weaned yet is not ok
Variety of food toys ok, but the poor little lovebirds haunt me.

If you don't want to buy a bird, do not visit this place! As I walked I was greeted by the lovely staff, who knew what they were talking about re: Birds. I was initially told to go in and not buy a bird by my wife, but then the lovely gentlemen put a cockatiel on me and needless to say I was hooked! (Great sales technique BTW how could I say no as it was nibbling at my ear!) Looks like the one stop shop for all things pet birds and I would happily trade again!

Lady there today was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. Went with the intention of buying 2 pet birds with my kids and nieces. Kids were reprimanded from the moment they arrived. What was supposed to be an exciting outing for the family resulted in us all being so uncomfortable we just left.
