43 I got a large stone chip on my wind screen last week so I called these guys up to see if they could help. The gentleman who answered the phone was lovely and a pleasure to talk to and he arranged for someone to come out the next day. When the guy arrived to fix my stone chip he was very honest in explaining that there still may be some visible scaring from the crack around the chip and that there may be a small water mark left after the resin had dried. I really appreciate the honesty, prompt service and good pricing from these guys. Would definitely recommend Quality Windscreen Repair to anyone out there needing their windscreens repaired.

Earlier today, I randomly came across these guys when I was comparing prices for a windscreen replacement for my car, which had a reasonably large "bulls-eye" style crack in its windscreen on the driver's side - certainly large enough that I was sure that it would have to be replaced in order to be able to get my warrant of fitness.
The gentleman on the phone at Quality Windscreen Repair told me that they didn't do replacements, but that I was probably underestimating the range of damage that could be remedied by repairing rather than replacing. He offered to send one of his staff to come and have a look - free of charge. Awesome!
The team member came around within less than two hours. He took a look and told me that he would definitely be able to fix the bulls-eye. I told him to go ahead and, within 20 minutes, everything was done.
I was expecting to pay $416 (as that was the quote I had received from Smith & Smith) - instead, I paid $70 and got everything done in my driveway right there and then.
The repair makes the damage almost invisible (both the centre AND the cracks going in all directions) and I could not be happier with the quality of service and the workmanship that I received.
