Quattro Auto - WOF, SERVICE, REPAIRS ,DIAGONOSTIC/SCANNING , BATTERIES, A/C ETC EUROPEAN VEHICLE SPECIALIST

With Christmas approaching, I was urgently looking for a place to get a WOF (Warrant of Fitness) test and ended up making an appointment here. I came in late on Friday, and despite the hour, the staff kindly inspected my vehicle, allowing it to pass the WOF test successfully. I would like to use services here again in the future.:)

Very good service from the team. I took my VW GTi in because the door locks where playing up they scanned it for me and help me find possible solutions. Clean and tidy workshop. Nothing but the best.

Very good customer service, my car Passat was showing oil service message. But service was already done. Shop onwer is very helpful he didn’t charge me anything and fixed the error was showing on screen.

Don’t go here to renew your WoF, they will catch you on very minor things, I pass my wof at AA straight away but they call me to change whole brake system, Please take care and avoid this

I was really impressed with this company. The owner is very friendly and really knows his cars. They were fast with the WOF. I will be returning for servicing in future. So pleased to find them as our regular mechanic closed.

My campervan broke down on state highway one near Manukau and I looked for a local garage to be towed to. The team at Quattro were fantastic - answered my call at 7 pm on a Friday and met me at the garage at 9 am on Saturday. By Tuesday afternoon they had repaired the vehicle and given it a full service. Good communication, regular updates on cost and overall good value. Definitely recommend.

Lovely guy on the phone and in person, explained everything to me showed me a problem and even fixed it for free, I would highly recommend these guys, easy to find, lovely, respectful and caring, just awesome

Did my wof there, they were purposely picky on those minor error and asking me to fix the whole brake, because I don't know too much about fixing cars so they were randomly charge me 400 dollar to fix it.however during the process they were saying it could be new problem so there could be more money charged, I was busy with a schedule meeting and the boss was yelling at me telling me why they made up those excuses charging me more.he could non stop talking about there could be more money charged, I felt uncertain about it and kinda got scared how he was yelling at me. So I left and paid the 60 dollar wof and did another one at AA auto they pass it straight away and I asked them about the brake they said it was only a little rust and there is no need to replace.so very unpleasant customer service experience from that boss guy would not recommend at all because they just try to take all my money by making up problems.

Absolutely terrible experience got him to look at my car i already knew what the issue was he said the cost to fix was over 2000 i wanted a second opinion so i picked my car up he charged me 200 for the scan iv had my car scanned 4 times and that was by far the most expensive scan ever,

Best workshop I’ve been to very fast and reliable. Hands down best customer service got my bmw fixed in no time will be bringing my friends and family here!

I'm from out of town and we saw that they were still open on a Saturday and was about to close but Ash was kind enough to check our problem which we knew it was our car battery. So he put a new one in for us. Thanks Ash you and your business are awesome

I highly recommend these guys. Very truthfull, they explain the problem perfectly and even give good advice to a person like me who doesnt know much about looking after cars. Very fast service!
