I finally found just the right duvet cover with QueenB, it arrived super quick down to Kapiti. It inspired me to paint the whole bedroom - it looks that good! The quality seems good, so thanks QueenB.:)

The bamboo microfiber sheets I bought here feel softer than any high thread count sheets I have. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

Bunch of scammers. Just reselling other companies products at a huge markup! Customer service wasnt up to much either and tried to lie their way out of it.

AS AT 26.12.19 I WOULD LIKE TO AMEND THIS REVIEW TO ADD AN ELEMENT OF FAIRNESS. ONCE THIS REVIEW WAS LODGED THE COMPANY MADE IMMEDIATE CONTACT& WAS SURE THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED MY EMAILS. MY EMAILS DID NOT BOUNCE BACK & THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT. I INCLUDED HARD COPIES OF MY EMAILS IN THE RETURNED PRODUCT. I WISH TO ALLOW LEEWAY FOR THIS AS THEIR CONCERN WAS GENUINE AND MY REFUND

Disappointing service and poor quality product. I ordered a bathroom mat $62.90 under the impression that I would be supplied a quality product. It arrived in a decrepid box that was far too big and not the original packaging. I washed and dried the mat according to instructions as recommended. It dried offshape ie 2 sides were not parallel. 2 Tufts, one in a clump appeared approx 3cm higher than the rest of the mat and after 5 days of laying flat the fold lines of where the mat had been folded when posted to me had not flattened out and were still visible underneath on the rubber and on top. It still did not sit flat. I chose this company as I believed the reviews. I emailed them Tues 10th, Wed 12, Thur 13 and Friday 13 with details and photos. I have posted the mat back and this cost me an additional $27.40 a cost of which I have to bear. Under the CGA they have must meet their obligation to supply the product advertised and fit for purpose. They are very quick to respond when a purchase is made but have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge any of my emails. I have been generous in the time I have allowed. I hope now that they at least meet their obligations to refund my money.

What an amazing business to buy good quality pillows, sheets and Duvet Covers, they have wonderful and lovely Products to purchase from their website and have excellent customer services, and their Dispatch team has done a marvelous job getting my Order shipped to me on the same day as I purchased an order on their website. I'm really amaze and definitely Impressed at how officiant they are in regards with processing my order. I'm glad their's a beautiful company called Queen b exists on this planet I will be buying from them again.

I ordered last week, took them Tuesday to email me saying they dont have the sheets I ordered, when replied it then took them until late evening to email back to reply stating it would be sent out on that day. Nothing since this morning then I received an email with my tracking number saying it only just got picked up today? It states 1-2 buisness days for ordered, not a bloody week and then some. Not impressed and will not be buying from them again.

I was looking to replace a winter nightie and sourced out on the internet where to buy another one the same. I came across Queenb web site, telephoned their place and spoke to an excellent guy called Peter. I then visited their store and purchased two nighties. Peter is an asset to the firm.

I cant recommend Krystle and her team enough, she was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure I got exactly the right look for my room, I haven't come across customer service and professionalism like this for a long time, 5 star
