Got our rental appraisal done by Lisa. She is very thorough, helpful and prompt with her response.

Lisa has done the rental appraisal for our property. She replied quickly to our call and communicated effectively. Lisa is a wonderful agent to deal with and the one you would want to come back to.

We have rented a property from Lisa for 1.5 years now. She was such a great property manager to deal with and kept things simple. I highly recommend Quinovic and working with Lisa!

Unfortunately we had an abysmal experience renting under Quinovic Glenfield; to the point where we actively avoided any listings under Quinovic when looking for a new property. To be bluntly honest, it was a nightmare from the get-go, as when we first took over the lease we were sent the incorrect bond lodgment details, then we had them chasing up the bond payment, despite us advising that we'd paid and showing proof that we'd paid into the details provided by them. A similar situation eventuated with the water bill; they chased up an invoice that had been generated in error, realised that it was a duplicate invoice and advised as such, then almost a year later they came chasing the exact same invoice all over again, before again realising the mistake. Even the end of our tenancy period was an awful experience, as we got advised out of the blue that the property had been sold and we now had 90 days to vacate (with my wife 6 months pregnant at the time) - with absolutely no prior indication or warning that the landlord was even thinking of selling in the first place. To be fair, Lisa was friendly enough and pleasant to deal with; but that didn't come close to compensating for all the issues and drama that we had to endure due to all the mistakes and levels of unprofessionalism from Quinovic Glenfield. I sincerely hope this review finds its way into the right hands, so improvements can be made and current/future tenants don't have to go through what we went through.

I have dealt with Lisa, I am in the process of renting with Quinovic. Lisa is very quick to respond to me and she is very lovely. Lisa makes me feel valued. I am very happy to sign up to Quinovic
