Quinovic Property Management North Harbour have been managing my investment property in Titirangi for over a year. Due to changes in interest rate im having to sell the property. During this time Sophie and Nicky have been amazing in so many ways, from communicaiton with myself and the tenant, finding the tenant, property inspections. They have looked after the tenant, and the property and have always communicated effectively every step of the way. I have rent with many place but so far this is the best service that I have received.
Unfortunately our contract is coming to the end because of personal reason, but throughout our contract all the staff has been very helpful.
They take very good care of us, whenever there is any issue at the house they always respond quick and gets the issue fixed.
They work really well with the house owner and us, may also be because of our house owner is very reasonable.
This is the first real estate that make me feel like they are also assisting us (tenants) not just the property owner.
We are very satisfied with the service we received since the beginning until now.
If I am looking for a property in the North Shore in the future I will definitely contact them again.

Quinovic charges 8.5% plus GST for their services, which we assumed should be of high quality. Yet both property managers acted unprofessionally and impatiently. The experience of having to deal with Quinovic gives me complete anxiety and totally defeats the purpose of "making tenants management easier". We realized that it was a mistake to trust Quinovic and will not recommend them to anyone else.

Awesome team, I'm currently renting through them and have had no issues.
The agents are always professional and reply promptly to me every time, they stay up to date with the laws and they a hard working bunch!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to enlist Quinovich North Harbour. New to property investing we had little knowledge and were quite nervous. The team guided us and their advice was spot on every time. We now have an excellent tenant and know that our property is in the best hands.

We have dealt with Quinovic North Harbour in the capacity of a contractor and found them to be pretty good with their communication. A friendly bunch and seem like they strive to work with their landlords' and tenants' best interests at all times.
They seem to have a good understanding of the changing tenancy laws and also seem to have a very robust health and safety policy.
All in all a pleasure to work with.
