Excellent customer service. Had an old light fixture fixed recently and the person helping that day was quick to get it done. Very happy with the results.

My mixer was fixed (evidently). I got it out to use and the motor fell out. There is no replacement/fix because it's old. I was told that this would have been explained to me. I never received any calls or emails that were supposedly sent. I had to phone every day for a week to see what was happening with it.now hundreds of dollars later the mixer is dead.

Frothing not working properly on Delonghi Magnifica coffee machine. Paid $85 for "inspection" which I was advised would take about a week due to being busy. Fair enough. Inspection to include a clean internally that may well fix the issue. A week and a half later after chasing them up got feedback that no issue found, but then quoted another $230 for maintenance, but that this would have nothing to do with frothing problem. Said no and took machine back. Still not working. Waste of money and time.

Very bad Experience-Irresponsible staff (Jess). She never followed up what she do.i have been following up from 3 months, first they said they could'nt fins unit. And last month said one of my technician will update you soon. They don't care about customers. Very Disappointing. I would never send any other unit here.

Worst maintenance experience ever. Just picked up my still broken Sharp microwave after paying $65. Asked them to return it after they could’t even give me a quote after 23 days. Their communication was terrible and I had to contact them numerous times to get an update. They never took the initiative to contact me to explain the delay. Go to somebody else.
