Raw Essentials - Ellerslie

Quality product and great price. Have tried others but they don't compare. We live out of town but make the effort to stock up when in the city.

The lady there was so lovely, informative and helpful. I'll grab her name next time.

Cat food is much cheaper than the jimbos I was buying.

The staff at Raw Essentials are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to knowing what to give your pets. You are in good hands and when you have a query about your pet, they will have an answer and explanation for you around the benefits of the different types of meat etc. One very satisfied customer and I would totally recommend them to anyone who is looking to change their pet/s to a raw diet.

Very knowledgeable staff. Great variety of meats and treats. My dogs have never been healthier. Raw food is the answer.

Heaven for both Oriental kittens (special note to the freeze dried treats). For vegetarian me. Less so, but I have happy & healthy furbrats).

Have been ordering from Raw Essentials Ellerslie throughout the lockdown this year. Usually amazing service from the older lady over the phone. Today we had a few errands to run and was out and about so I rang them to do a phone order for my partner to pick up.

The guy on the phone Dino said he said he can't understand my accent and insisted that my partner order it from the shop or email them.

Not sure if he was lazy or racist because the lady on the phone never had problems putting my orders through every time. I don't know why he makes it so hard for a customer who wants to spend money.

I am going to order from Natural Raw Food Express from now on. Always great service, cheaper and better quality raw food for my dog.

Very nice staff. Gave us valuable advice on feeding and nutrition for our Maltese dog. We are now using their recommended feed, and our fur baby loves the food so much. You should give it a try if you are worried about your pet's food habits or nutrition, health. Highly recommend

We love the place, you can get lost of raw things for your buddies. The staff are friendly and so helpful. My dogs love going there, always getting treats for some commands there. In terms of dog food, the quality is awesome and mostly everything is in stock.

I couldn't be happier with the team at Raw Essentials Ellerslie. I approached them several weeks ago about some digestive struggles that I was having with my collie - the team at Ellerslie (and the Raw Essentials online team) guided us through the transition from his previous diet to a raw diet, answering all my questions (and I had A LOT) as we progressed, and supported us every step of the way.
The staff at Raw Essentials are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about the well-being of your beloved pet.
I would highly recommend talking to them if your pet is having digestive struggles, or you would just like them to reap the benefits of a raw diet.

Excellent raw food for my king, he’s is so much healthier physical & visually since changing his diet. His coat looks amazing, he is a healthy size, and he loves getting out walking & running more often now since changing his diet.

Made our dogs ill on several occasions. Would not recommend. Unsure if it was the batch or not but decided to try another raw food supplier and their products have been fabulous.
