Everyone there is so lovely and helpful to give us what is best for our cat. Pippin absolutely loves all the food and treats we've given him

Honestly the staff and the quality of the food here are incredible. We have been taking our dog since he was 10 weeks old and have been helped with the process from the amazing Hina. Although always asking multiple questions on our visit Hina always has a smile on her face is super helpful. She has guided us through the process as we knew very little of how to transition, what and how much food we could give, how to transition onto bones etc. Our puppy was the smallest of the little and now at 7 months he's the biggest.

The staff are extremely warming and helpful and we can't thank them all enough for everything they have done for us. 10/10:)

Very good food for your beloved cats and dogs. Top nutrition. Highly recommend. Your pets will be healthier eating this food, compared to the processed food on offer at the supermarkets.

I have never seen my dog so healthy and happy thanks to Hina at Raw Essentials, and to anyone with a fur-baby you know how important it is to give them the best life possible.

Some staff are very knowledgeable, others less so, the very large 20kg packs of food are good value but need to offer in more mixed varieties.

Writing on behalf of my dog Maddie, as her paws are not very good on the keyboard (and her spelling is atrocious). She always leaves very happy and the service is excellent, with no lack of treats or cuddles.

Wonderful store for raw dog food. Most of the staff are knowledgeable on the products they sell, and provide guidance if your pet is just starting on the raw food diet.
