Grace and Konrad have been amazing throughout this whole experience - we were purchasing our first home and so had many questions throughout the process, and both Grace and Konrad were happy and obliging to answer them all. I attended a seminar for first home buyers hosted by Ray white, and I got a lot of new information and the people were kind, so I think I will go through Ray white when buying or selling a house in the future.

Wendy Wen Terrible response and not professional asked her about a section in orewa which is lot 217/47 Pacific heights Road. This was listed for 550k asking price from quite sometime now. When i sent her a snapshot of what it’s listed on one roof for she said this price is not correct of updated from one roof. Then i sent her a snapshot of trade me and asked her that what’s the asking price now. She didn’t even reply back. I am sure if she keeps working like this she will get few sales. Very annoying experience.

Used them for rental service and it was below standard. House was damaged and the agent was not really professional.

I recently listed my rental property with RW Albany. I found Jessie Dong and James Widjaja were very pleasant to deal with, they kept me posted about the weekly open home and managed to present me a pretty good offer. It took longer than what I expected but understandable given the house was on a crosslease site, do-up, small and simply there was no focal points to attract many buyers. I was so relieved and happy to receive such good offer, they were professional in presenting the offer and did not once push nor encourage me to accept the offer, so I was particularly pleased to deal with these non-pushy sale agents.

I will definitely deal with them again in future. Thanks to Jessie and James, you folks are wonderful!

Tried to use Ray White for a rental and found there service below standard, poor communication and had to chase to get a response from the company. Hope you improve your service standard.

If you work and have good long term references for been good relatable tenants then don't bother looking through these guys they will turn you down!
