I’ve owned rentals since 2003 and initially managed them myself. I’ve been using Lara since 2014 and can’t recommend her highly enough. I get better quality long-term tenants who pay current market rent and the properties are better maintained. With increasing compliance, I’d rather have experts looking after my investments - I wish I’d done it sooner.
