Lilian was an absolute star while we were looking for a new rental property in Auckland. Being based outside of Auckland made it impossible to attend viewings in person, but Lilian went above and beyond in arranging, and then conducting, a fantastic virtual viewing for us.

The detailed, in-depth virtual tour was almost as good as an in-person viewing, and Lilian made sure to highlight all of the amazing features and characteristics of the property, as well as answer all of our questions.

In addition, it was obvious that Lilian knew the area extremely well and had also done significant research on the amenities, schools and public transport options local to this property, as she was able to provide some accurate and super-helpful information and advice about these, both during the virtual tour and subsequently via email.
