Confidence in Tom Hendriks' ability to handle the sale of my property was there from the get go. Then, I was impressed by the simplicity of the marketing plan and it's swift implementation. Tom and Jess Hendriks hosted the Open Homes and relayed prospective buyers' responses promptly and communications were always open and straightforward. From the moment we asked Dean Smith to appraise our property we felt at ease with his manner and wealth of experience. Our Agent Mathew did an outstanding job of selling our property. He was faced with a mammoth task of selling an unfinished and noncompliant house, but was able to target a niche group of buyers and find us the best price. He was approachable at any hour, showed genuine compassion for our tough situation but was ruthless when it came to chasing up potential deals.

We really felt like he had our best interests at mind and he worked his tail off to make sure he did best by us.

Dealing with Ray White during the sale of our property has been an exceptional experience. Our agent Mathew Koshy was professional and helpful with all aspects of the process, he kept us well informed throughout! We highly recommend Mathew and the Ray White team.

The real estate agent, Mathew Koshy, against his boasting 20 years experience, lured us to sell our property showing us figures from national data base, in the Henderson Valley Rd, as other properties sold for 1.2M, he would do the same or more.
Soon after getting us to sign papers, he went 'cold turkey'.
Zero results, he charged us $4K, had a neighbour turn up on the first open home, two walk ins the next and 2 of his colliques the last open home.
He deliberately did not advertise, time, date and open days, except his name in bold, we had to tell him to do so.
Upon requesting a full refund for bad customer service, bad marketing without any date and time, or days without keeping us posted, this man has to be baby sat.
We provided the latest city council files from June, he charged us for that as well, stating all sales need fresh ones.
He tried to con and pay the auctioneer $680.00, when he had nothing to do yet.
This man had broken our dreams, stirred our emotions and played possum when posed with queries, questions and results, deliberately not answering his phone.
Ray White central West is at stake, we have had great experiences to prior services but not anymore.
Sorry you had great services, honest and transparent agents, not after this man walked all over us.
He refunded a sum of $886.75, last night, citing yes the auctioneer need not be eligible to be paid, after much persuasions.
Is this how you treat all your victims, Sir.
Are you this experienced in being honest, transparent and being kind in these hard times.
There were many other reasons for our withdrawing from the market.
We are furious, RW central West.
We expected a better service than this, mind you.

Team Gregory were fantastic at selling our house for a great price in a shortened 14days!
