I have been with three Darmerell property managers since 2019,   everyone of them is very reliable and professional. The current manager Sophie Elgar has been a very impressive property manager as well since day one. She is an excellent communicator, respectful and pleasant.  She tackles every challenge proactively and got things done in no time. I have no doubt when she says “I will always do my best to try to make things easier on both landlords and tenants! ” I can see the passion she’s got for the job she is doing.

Our apartment in Auckland was fully managed by Sophie. She did an amazing job right from the start! Friendly, easy communication, always available if I ever needed anything and I was always kept up to date with anything involving the apartment. Thank you. Would highly recommend if looking for property manager.

Been with many rental properties providers but this one was the best, Renae who was my property manager was very supportive and helpful.

I am a tenant using the Ray White Damerell Group Property Managers service 3 years now. Their service is 100% awesome. My property manager Serena Fonua is very professional with her work, easy to contact and communicate with. Any problem that I have regarding issues like a blockages, leaks and other things, she will respond asap and get someone to fix the problem immediately. She's very flexible and very understanding, like I said very professional with her work. I'm thankful that she trusted me to be a faithful tenant. So I highly recommend the Ray White Damerell Group Property Manager service to anyone for property rental services. I am sad in a way that we are moving out to look after my auntys house. But I just want to give Serena a huge Thank You very much for looking after us throughout the past years. I will look for you again in the future when my aunty decides to kick me out. We had been renting over the last 2 years with Ray White Damarell as our property managers - they are absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything from the application process until vacating was hassle free and well organized. Having rented for quite a while in Auckland and mostly dealt with the short end of the stick, we can't thank Sophie, Aaron and Natalie enough for how professional they are, and would have happily continued at the property if not for our work locations. This sure is a great team and we would happily recommend them to property owners and tenants alike. Cheers!

Ray White have managed my rental property for several years now. I find them to be very professional. I’m especially pleased with how they have helped me navigate the new healthy homes legislation with their free assessment of my property.

Currently a tenant, my property manager Sophie is lovely. She is a great communicator and always gives us plenty of notice for any works that will happen at the house and replies to all of our queries very quickly.
We had a great experience with the letting agent Stevie as well, who knew it could all be so easy!

EDIT: Jenny left the group end of 2020. She was replaced by someone not as proactive, quick to communicate, who didn't look well after either our properties, nor our tenants. Months later, we are still finding out with dread what went wrong. We decided to leave Ray White, having lost confidence in them.

We have been very lucky to find Jenny Daniels as we were leaving abruptly for Middle East.
She has been looking after our three rentals for a year and has been bending backwards to avoid us unnecessary difficulties.
She is super proactive, an excellent communicator and is just very lovely to deal with. Such a relief when you are so far away to know your properties and tenants are so well looked after.

Worst experience of my life dealing with this lot. Misleading and untrustworthy. Kirsty acts like and arrogant bully and then like a coward when confronted about her behavior. Utterly unforgivable how she treated my family. Never had to deal with a worse personality. Lied about upcoming construction, allowed us to be harassed from the head of body corporate from the first night (when we complained to our her about someone from body Corp trying to aggressively enter our property we were met with a fictitious series complaints compiled by the person who tried to force entry, we were ignored to the point we had to film interactions to prove our point). Place wasn’t clean on move in and had other furniture we had expressed not to be there. Never did a single tasked asked (ie fix a toilet seat or remove mold from above shower as we were promised). Was utterly stressful experience made worse by the deceit from this company. Avoid if you can.

Having seen reply finally non of this was false, hence why the owner can't actually cite a point that was false just had to be general. Not a single one of us would ever do business with you again. So again point actual examples that are false or did you forget I filmed it all? Sorry I was not interested in you thinking you could bully me and I happily tell everyone I know the horrors of dealing with you. Have also shown my parents your reply as they don't agree, the reason the tenancy was ended early and you had to give us a free week even was because of you had acted. I call you now directly a LIAR. Are you trying to say you ended the tenancy when we did? When on a fix tenancy we got all our money back? Doesn't sound like a eviction. Sounds like you guys messed up, you guys couldn't even turn up to the final inspection hence why we ended up going to your office, since we got our money you owed us now it a place I have never had intention to return to as I don't deal unnecessarily with SCUM. I kept all receipts. Video and emails. Your reply nothing but high horse BS
