Superbly managed sale
We hadn't sold a house for many years; this had been my mother's, and was in another town we couldn't get to. Uncertainties abounded. Richard made the process painless. His extensive tradie contacts quickly attended to any issues, his counsel on various choices was always right, and his reading of the market and conduct of the sale process was excellent.

In Feb 2021 I purchased a property off the plans through Rouxi and Dickson which was due for completion this month (Feb 2022). There were red flags from the beginning incorrect listings, a pressured sell etc. As soon as I paid my deposit communication stopped. The promised drop off of champagne never happened etc. We are now in the month of due completion and the build has not started. Rouxi and Dickson have failed to inform me of progress or lack there off. I’ve learnt about changes on completion dates via signs by other listing agents. I’ve raised my concerns with the agency and they didn’t bother to take any action or attempt to resolve the issue.

Mac Bycroft wasted my time and got mixed up with a different rental property viewing time and I waited almost an hour to find out he was on the other side of the city. Would have been professional if he contacted me first to cancel or postpone the viewing instead I had to call him to find out where he was. I left work early to get there to find out the place wasn’t for me anyway. A real shame, but at least he phoned me back to apologise and explain the dilemma.

There are real estate agents and then there is Bill Myers. He is by far the best agent I've met. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful are understatements. He goes above and beyond for his clients. From preparing the property for sale, right through to the auction and beyond - Bill was AMAZING! Not only did he sell my home - he sold it for a price well above my expectations.

We had a very positive experience selling with Team Richard. What was promised before signing became reality and I believe that says a lot.
