Buying our first home. My wife and I engaged with Michael and Victoria after endless attempts to understand the process of buying our first house and to secure a mortgage. With no knowledge of the New Zealand process versus the English process both Michael and Victoria led us step by step through the minefield of financing, searching, viewing and making an offer for our first home. They worked tirelessly sending properties to review and gave true and honest advice knowing our criteria. Both Michael’s and Victoria’s knowledge is second to none especially within the area we wanted but also gave us advise outside the area we were looking at as a comparison to ensure we knew exactly what we were doing. Brandon is the best in the business! Where to start! We met Brandon a few years ago at an open home and we kept in touch over the years.
