Sarah was amazing, and in a tough market (previously tried for 13 weeks with not even an offer), the house was sold within 6 days without a compromise on our asking price (we did bring it down a little from previous - but this is after a straight forward and honest conversation with Sarah and Andrew). We couldn't be happier, as the post sales service continued to ensure all the finer points and even a settlement date change, happened seamlessly. I big thank you to jolyon Russell, I would say I can't appreciate enough for what jolyon has done for me while I was in overseas, I bought 3/42 Sheridan drive new lynn, auckland in September 2016 through jolyon Russell, since than I am in touch with him since he is very helpful, honest and much more great personality, as we all know we had flood in new Lynn area about 2 and half weeks back my house also got flooded and I was in overseas than, but I would say god sent an angel for help to sort out my house while it got flooded, and that angel was jolyon Russell.i requested to jolyon over the phone to look after my house when it was flooded badly, jolyon went ahead without any hesitation and got dehumidifier and fans through company of carpet cleaner and dried my house I.e. Carpet and floor etc. He Was coming to my house for one week everyday to move the fans and stuff so all the stuff can get dry, which was so great of him. I would say a thanku word won't be enough to say but he is really a great real estate agent and very good human. I would recommend to all my friends and family if they want to house in future, buy through jolyon only. I would like to say a big thanku to jolyon and ray white team for your all help. Jolyon you are rock. Awesome good work and I would say jolyon need a big promotion.
