Josh Anderson sold a house yesterday pre the advertised auction date of 27/7/20.we were planning to bid on the house at auction and told him this. He sold it for less than we would have bid to.he didnt tell the vendors of our interest rather told them interest was low and there was only one buyer. This we were just told by the vendors today. I am complaining to REA but wouldnt have these guys sell my house ever

Earlier this year I decided to sell my Clendon Park investment property. I was referred by a friend to Shane Hodgson at Ray White Manukau. Listing the property with Shane turned out to be a great decision. My first and positive impression of Shane was that he was clearly working in my best interest and not just trying to sell the property at any price. He wanted to know the price I wanted to get and worked hard to achieve it. The end result was that I got my price and was very happy. Shane is courteous, professional and communicative. He kept me informed of all developments and constantly chased the buyer to close the deal. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane - if he can't get the sale then no-one can!
