We have recently purchased a property through Ray White and the personal assistance of Pete Van Zyl.

We found Pete very helpful, cheerful and respectful.
He has a knowledge of the industry and is prepared to go well beyond what was expected of him.

M very annoyed at this stage. Worst tenancy experience ever. My rent payment was made twice for the same week it's been a month now I have been requesting my refund and nothing so far. It's so interesting how these people charge us areas if rent is delayed but they never bother about the money they hold off u.

Worst property Manager ever Kim Urquhart very rude person very racist ignores Tenants treat people like dogs honestly she doesn't deserve to be a property Manager l hope 1 day what she does to her Tenants come back and haunt her

This review goes out to Sam Vo.

We had looked at many properties, over a long period of time, in and out of Auckland and really had not experienced that “love” factor or even that “feeling of being at home” in any of our searches.

Till one evening, mid August, we called and met Sam Vo at a house we were excited to check out. He was welcoming and very informative as he showed us around the home. Only a few days after our first visit my partner and I decided we both loved this home but after past disappointments, were not optimistic. Then we are advised this little gem was going to be auctioned in one week. We did not do auctions – had never been to one.
At Auction time Sam was indeed there for us. He offered us all the support, the right amount of coaxing and really stuck with us as we were beyond nervous. At hammer time we won it. It felt like winning lotto.
After the Auction we headed across the way to have a drink. Unbeknownst to us. Sam, and the Ray White team were there too and celebrated with us quite a few drinks. If it is your first home buy, it is the reality that takes a little while to sink in. Can’t thank you enough Sam, for you genuinely wanted this for us, the lovely “survival gift” left for us also (so cute) and Sam was right, our new home does suit us.
