I have used Maire Kay from Ray White Papatoetoe to let out my rental property in Manurewa.

I have been very well looked after before, during and even after the letting process. Maire has responded to all my questions in a very promptly manner, sometimes even well after hours and during the weekend. As a landlord; I felt that she really understood what I was after in a tenant and looked after my interest all the way through. She did it a way that she managed to find a win-win for all parties involved (tenant, landlord and herself). I even got some handy advice about letting out, property management and things to watch out for in general.

I was quite stretched, due to having to manage other non-related deadlines at the same time. So it was such a relieve; that Maire championed this project for me with my minimal input and let out the place with only few days being un-rented between tenancies. I could really trust her, and I was really happy with the whole process and can strongly recommend Maire.
