Horrific experience that left us without a house to move in to even with a signed tenancy agreement. False advertising and the worst service I have ever experienced from a property manager. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone! Stear clear people!

Listed property with sleepout interior photos.turn up and the lady Yi tells all the viewers who arrived the sleepout is not part of the package and that there is a single man who lives in there (sleepout in back yard).

Every viewer who came to see the property immediately left and said what an absolute waste of time. I’ve never seen such huge mess up in a property listing.

Photos attached is the seperate sleepout interior. So this had a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen which isn’t included. But why are there photos of it then? Just a scam to get viewers to come and see the property.

If there were a minus 5 rating I would unhesitatingly give to this sorry company. Their property management section is truly depriving a village somewhere of an idiot. Avoid!

I rang up for a rental a few days ago
Today the agent msg re viewing seem property will be available for viewing Tuesday. I msg back suggesting Tuesday. I was asked by yr agent Yi why am i not at work. It is none of her busines. I have been viewing houses for a couple of weeks no one has asked me that. Does she mean i cannot afford the rent or something else. Maybe she needs more training in customer service skill and how to approach a new customer. Very disappointed. Told her not to bother. Helen

I wish there was a 0 star rating. Absolutely disgusting service by their agent YI ZHANG. I handed the house back in better condition then i got it in. She forced me to remove the weed in the garden which was there even when we moved in (neighbors also agreed i should not be doing it). I got the house professionally cleaned (cost me $500), changed all her faulty bulbs (which was faulty when i got he house and i had emailed her about it too but to no response), the house had no proper heating as required by tenancy law in NZ. She has still not refunded my bond because one window was open. Well if she was smart enough to know that if a house has got carpet shampoo done it needs to dry off and so the windows need to stay open or the house will start stinking. I still have not received my bond and it has been 4 days since i moved out. I have to take it up with tribunal costing me time and money as also have to take unpaid time off work. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE GUYS IT WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE.

I remember signing for a flat with these guys back in November, the agent that we delt with was very rude. We we're rushed and when we asked about moving a bed into the flat we were borderlined threatened by being bluntly and rudely told that if they had known this we would not have been considered for the flat. Luckily our landlord is lovely and was more than happy to make a compromise, but Ray white themselves seemed as if they wanted nothing to do with us. If you're looking for someone to help rent a house, do NOT go with these people, they will make your new tenants feel awful from day 1.

EDIT:
The team at Ray White invited me to call them and discuss what had happened. It appears to me that they are actively trying to improve their process. For that I'm changing the rating from one star to three, as they are taking my feedback seriously.

The agents at Ray White Pinehill are very professional, friendly and helpful. We love doing business with you guys!

Agent Yi is very misleading and only after her benefits. Does not tell you about simple details about a property and calls you a lier and insists that she has told you. Also says everything can be done before you sign and once you do she says she has already done everything you asked her, when she has not done a single thing.

Do not use these real estate agents, Fiona Gao and Andy Yang are incompetent and will mislead you intentionally to gain commission for themselves. They were unable to provide basic information, and were also unable to relay the correct information from the vendor's solicitor. I strongly suggest you stay away from this agency.
