We engaged Rob in early 2022, during a time that was quite stressful in our lives, with my partner diagnosed with Cancer, and passing 4 months later from diagnosis. From the get go Rob was very helpful in coordinating contractors to prepare the property for sale to executing the deal on Auction day. I would like to thank Rob for being patient with us, when times we were not always able to provide the information required. Rob kept us informed of the market, and for us to view this realistically. Great communication all the way, very professional in his approach, but also compassionate with our circumstances. We finally got there in the end and our property was sold. 5 star experience. If we could give Rob more than 5 stars, we would. He made our whole house buying journey 10-fold easier. As first home buyers, we required a lot of assistance and patience. With his experience in the field, Rob was able to provide us with a lot of knowledge based on scenarios that he had encountered before. He knew the area well and tried to make things as easy for us as possible without any pressure unlike some other agents we had dealt with. He was happy to meet us whenever we requested and supported us right till the end. I would not have had it any other way:)

Had a good discussion at the start with Eliana on my preferences and roughly what I was after, after that she recommended a few places that fit the bill.
It didn't take long to find the one and from there she helped run me though the process explaining the steps simply and making sure the deal went through.
She was very supportive and knowledgeable and made the process super easy.

This review is specifically refers to the agent name Charlotte Cairns. We bought property at 5 flannery road pokeno. We signed contract including chattles but on settlement we did not receive then. When we talk through solicitor to vendors we figured out they were never included. And despite that she blatently lied to us. I have serious concerns. Do not buy your house through her. For her comission it seems like she is prepared to deceive any buyer in future too. If you see her then run.
